Apologies my maths sucks, October 2020 I believe so almost 2 years ago, certainly feels like alot longer though since we were at 10p :P

1st pumpkin I sold some at 10p then rebought a 9p so yes it worked out well, I increased my holding.
2nd it was more of a childish hissy fit selling in response to a RNS than anything which I immediately regretted and ended up re buying shortly after + some.
3rd this was OVER 2 years ago, ALMOST THREE YEARS AGO.
4th At that time when I HAD sold and wanted to buy back, I did not even mention once on this board that I had sold, I did not try and spread FUD so I could get in cheaper. I was asked by a user directly on a DIFFERENT board had I sold some and I confirmed I had. Never tried to hide it and stated openly before I re-bought that I intended to get back to my previous holding.
5th The other time I sold a sizeable chunk was the April Eli Lilly licencing RNS when the SP gapped down pre open, at the time I had used CFDs and I think pretty much all of the CFDs were closed out before the market even opened, it was not by choice.
6th, this has absolutly sweet F All to do with Hemogenyx the share price today or any work that is going on now or in the future.
7th I repeat this was ALMOST THREE YEARS AGO, GET OVER IT, ITS PATHETIC
8th HT does not care about my current holding, he just wants to use any and all ammunition to try and troll this board, simple as that.
9th on the very remote chance that he really does care its the piece of information that I can trade in exchange for him proving he is not a trader, I would love nothing more than to jump on a zoom with him and look him in the eyes and see what sort of individual he is, but we all know that will never happen, so if its driving him nuts not knowing how many I have? But seriously, honest to god, this CONSTANT need to drag any and all personal BS just to generate some sort of argument with the sole aim of hiding any decent content and scare off any potential genuine investors is just so blatantly obvious at this point. As shares go I am confident in my investment here and I believe we dont have much longer to go before a serious re-rate. CAR-T for me is just a backstop and even that is only a few months away from IND.

I also thought GlobalCo was Pfizer and expected Eli Lilly to sign up for CDX, yet when I was wrong I didnt go hide in a corner or cry about it. If I recall you were also demanding IND back at the start of the year, seems like we all underestimated the length of time IND would take (Almost all, I recall one poster gave an incredibly accurate "guess"). Just because the timeline for CAR-T is not what we wanted, does not change the potential, nor does it change the fact the company has ZERO debt and are funded into those trials. So take whatever digs you want at me, feel free to go have a go on twitter, and quit using that as a way to troll on here attacking the company. You said yourself:

What are you smoking? I dont care about FTSE 100, very few of us care about FTSE 100 shares. People who are invested here are people who sniff around the lower mCap stocks that are undervalued with potential for multiple bag returns. I am sure many have some FTSE 100 stocks in their dividends pile etc but its really not the same is it?

While your looking go and check how much of that is top weighted with oil and energy. MOST investors/traders that have an interest in Hemo will confirm that their portfolio took a massive hit. For contrast, Shell are up 20% in 6 months, with an mCap of 150Bn that completely dwarfs the entire AIM market (I know hemo is not on it) which has an mCap of about 70 Bn I believe.

Stop being so depressing, this share like every other stock on the London Stock Exchanged tanked further when Russia attacked Ukraine. Even before that, when we were just getting rid of the CLNs and past the placing churn suddenly the entire market started to turn bearish with pharma fairing worse than most. Did Hemogenyx invade Ukraine? No but our share price has suffered like the rest. Pile in inflation and everything else and its a **** poor time to be a shareholder anywhere.

Lets be blunt and say there has been very good news over the past year or so, CBR was a complete shocker and much bigger than any of us expected, but the share price still dropped. The market is not in the mood for optimism or hype or excitement, its full of traders and investors looking to exit the market and wait for better times.
IMO what Hemogenyx has delivered recently is beyond question one of the best and clearest laid out template for success I have ever seen. Its like an investment prospectus or a show house in a new housing development, they have shown the pipeline, they have the facilities, they have the staff and they have the funding. For CAR-T we even have an extremely detailed timeline. We have radio silence on CBR which IMO is a good sign and very likely bonus updates will be big and within the next few weeks/months. That is on top of CDX updates, official word on the new appointments and website update and Lab visuals.
MrI keeps asking me what I think will be the news that makes this re-rate, to be honest at this point I think there is little beyond a licencing deal that HEMOGENYX can deliver that would lead to multi-bag returns. But we are at the bottom, small incremental rises will do for now and with everyone who could sell and wanted to sell likely to have already sold we should see those incremental rises.
HOWEVER I fully believe that Hemo are so undervalued with such huge potential that when the market starts to recover we will see significant interest and much faster recovery than others. We have a timeline which is not actually that far away, there is ZERO debt and they already have the cash for the clinical trials. With the potential of bonus updates on CDX and CBR I am just very confident in this as an investment.

Perhaps one of the biggest updates that will shift this SP will be when Putin has lost enough command centres and arms caches following ANOTHER delivery of HIMARS that he calls time. There will come a point when the money on the sidelines will pile back in, HOPEFULLY sooner rather than later, when it does it will be hard to invest in a loser. There are plenty of bargains out there, just be careful, it may take weeks, maybe months, invest in companies that can survive that long, like Hemo.

I am a big supporter of Premium Bonds, there is a little excitement and they are government backed so yes as a method of short term easy access saving they are a good option. Perhaps in the current environment with Premium Bonds giving an equivalent rate of 1.40% vs an inflation of 7.9%/9% they are not as attractive, but still much better than leaving cash sitting in a bank account paying a fraction of a percent.

The level of details provided on CAR-T IND application was open, detailed and transparent and that gives me confidence.
Nobody can accuse vlad of pumping or ramping, what he gave was a clear concise outline of the company and progress with regards to CDX and CAR-T but he was unable to talk about CBR and he was clear that he could not discuss any talks going on with third parties. He was clear they have enough money and zero debt and have a plan laid out to go clinical.

So is there much downside at 13mil? IMO no, its already as low as its likely to go, there will be no dilution to lock this in. CAR-T probably IND not until December or January which we knew and was priced in.

Vlad said there will be transformational updates this year, he does not know if they will move the SP, none of us do. IMO this is a very safe share to hold and await the pleasant surprise of an update that actually triggers a re-rate (or the war ends or some other trigger). Vlad is not ramping or pumping, he does not need the SP to rise as he does not need to place, but anyone who watched should be in no doubt this is a hugely undervalued company with massive upside and if it takes a week, a month or 6 months so be it, please find me a savings account that gives a better return!

Set your alarms and remember to join and hear how the company is doing directly from Vlad, its unlikely to be recorded and we may well have the opportunity to ask questions live in addition to pre-submitted ones. We have asked for years for more transparency and communication and he is starting to deliver this so make the most of it and hopefully it will continue.
Personally I dont believe the likes of Barber, HemoTruth and Pumpkin will attend but thats a shame, if people could actually stop focusing on a mistake 2 years ago and focus on what the company has achieved and what is to come there would be alot less negativity on here. I hope I am proven wrong and all attend, the negativity does not help anyone.

This is NOT to say a Hedge Fund is going to swoop in and buy Hemo, dear god that would be painful after all this waiting. But bottom line is the market has crashed, small pharma most of all. The big players are starting to recognise this and at some point soon it will bounce. People keep fixating on the fact that in recent months good news has done nothing to help the SP and we are still down, well go figure that's a bear market with wars and inflation for you.
Its a two way street. When pharma and markets start to bounce Hemo will bounce also, not because of a massive RNS but because EVERYTHING will rise and companies like this will start to rerate to their true value.
I am like most here, resigned that we may have to wait until 2023 for a significant re-rate to the big money with clinical trials, but that does not mean I dont fully expect smaller incremental rises long before then. When the market starts to bounce or we get a sniff of a CBR partnership etc then 2p,3p,5p etc should quickly be passed. But that will be nothing to celebrate, it wont be a reflection point, just a small step towards recovery.

correction [in the biotech sector] I have seen in my 22-year career,” said
Michele Gesualdi, founder of London-based investment group Infinity Investment
Partners. “We have never seen stress like this.” Gesualdi’s firm, which manages
$1.5bn in assets, recently launched a new fund specifically to focus on
opportunities in the life sciences sector. He added that the sector is, on all
metrics, “as cheap as it has ever been”. Chart of the Nasdaq biotech index
Industry insiders attributed the sell-off in the sector in part to the
departure of so-called tourist investors who do not specialise in biotech but
who were hunting for returns during the early stages of the pandemic. Investors
have also grown concerned about regulatory scrutiny of dealmaking and the
possibility that companies may start to run out of funding. The ensuing market
reversal has proved particularly difficult for a sector that had grown
accustomed to record-low interest rates and a seemingly never-ending equity

of the Covid tunnel, seeing inflation rise at [a] higher pace than predicted by
any central bank, the [biotech] sector has faced unexpected adversity,” said

Pharmaceuticals, whose share price has fallen from almost A$45 in September to
A$15 (US$10). After a “catastrophic” fall in the sector, fund managers and
bankers “are openly expressing their aversion to perpetuating these risky
ventures”, he added, referring to backing companies with little prospect of
revenues in the near term.

However, he said investors were starting to look at
“genuine business[es]” in the sector. Mergers and acquisitions activity,
meanwhile, traditionally a major support for valuations as big pharmaceutical
companies look for ways of building their drugs pipeline, has also dried up.
The deal count in 2022 has fallen to its lowest level for the opening six
months of a year in more than a decade, according to Evaluate Pharma. The
sell-off has hit some specialist healthcare hedge funds hard. One of the
highest-profile funds to suffer is New York-based Perceptive Advisors, which
lost about 32 per cent last year and is down 35 per cent this year to late
June, according to numbers sent to investors and a person familiar with the
performance. California-based Endurant Capital, run by Vietnamese trader Quang
Pham, lost 6.8 per cent in its Health Master fund this year to the end of May,
although it has made back some ground in June. Last year San Francisco-based Asymmetry
Capital shut after losses, with its founder highlighting how difficult life had
become for small, biotech-focused funds. Nevertheless, some managers believe
now is the right time to build exposure to the sector. “It’s the one area where
there’s been complete and utter capitulation,” said Andrew Clifford, chief
executive of Sydney-based Platinum Asset Management, which manages $14bn in
assets. The firm is launching an EU-regulated version of a health sciences fund
it already manages, as it tries to profit from the sell-off. SYZ Capital has
also been adding to its positions in funds trading the sector, and sees
opportunities in the US and, longer term, in China. “We are positive on
biotech,” said Cedric Vuignier, head of liquid alternative managed funds.

hedge fund unit O’Connor earlier this year hired a team from Alera Partners to
run a new strategy betting on rising and falling prices and focused on
healthcare therapeutics. The strategy is part of O’Connor’s multi-strategy
fund, but could eventually be launched as a separate fund, said a person
familiar with the firm’s plans. “Healthcare is a perfect example of where we
want to be exposed,” said chief investment officer Kevin Russell, who believes
there is capacity for more than $1tn of deals in the sector as pharma companies
try to build their drug pipeline. Russell added that there had been “very
little distinguishing between stocks” by investors. “We think [this] is a function
of a lack of experience and scientific knowledge” among investors, and should
present opportunities for O’Connor to make money betting on rising and falling
prices, he said.
