Those who panic or are forced to sell when sp is significantly down get alot less cash for alot more shares. Less cash for them means less cash out of the overall "float" if you will. Leaves those individuals with less shares to sell on any rise and less cash to buy dips making it harder for them to trade. Honestly? Happy to see panic sellers sell low, so let them work away.

Pumpkin, perhaps, but what would that mean? Did you see the interview from Dr Short? Calls out that for these patients there CAR-T trial is the last option. If this HG-CT-1 treatment conditions the patient so even if there is relapse that they suddenly CAN take additional treatments???? Fantastic!

But it's my belief the patients have had no additional treatments, they are still alive and HG-CT-1 is curative. This was ALWAYS the goal FLT3 has the capacity to target the source progenitor cells, to kill the mutated stem cells, to cure the patient. That was always known and the case, the risk was safety, off target cell death which has led to the suspension and termination of other trials, which makes FLT3 a high risk high reward target for big pharma. And what has vlad said? It's safe. What did the FDA say? Crack on with kids and higher dose.

Anything is possible, I haven't seen the test results, but sofar there has been nothing to suggest anything other than it works and its safe.

FWIW I believe all 3 are alive and well, I hope this is the case. Haywain is the expert here but what he has told me is that while a double dose can lead to much faster remission a half dose can also be a cure. HG-CT-1 is not like a dose of paracetamol or antibiotics, it trains the humans own immune system to detect and kill the cancer. The inital dose powers up the T-Cells and the more cancer they encounter the more they will replicate in the body, so its more down to the concentration of cancer in the body that dettermins how effective the CAR-T is. With someone with a high AML Load even the half CAR-T will quickly replicate and spread. Someone with a low AML load and half CAR-T? it will be alot less active. Does a higher dose matter??? Apparantly the faster you kill the cancer the better in terms of stastics but Haywain can explain better why.

At present those patients who are suitable for HG-CT-1 will have been suitable for other intermediate treatments, maybe even Chemo+BMT. The simple fact is if HG-CT-1 is proven to work and gets approval? It will be CHEAPER than salvage therapy with BMT, more people will be able to afford treatment and more people can live. And its already been produced in G-REX for the trials and if you do some googling you can see they are getting faster and faster with that system. Ultimately HG-CT-1 COULD come down in price, but irrespective of the cost? Today you have alot of patients who have no hope for a treatment let alone a cure and Vlad is offering those people hope, IF they can move fast enough. And if it ends up costing 300k???? Thats 300k for a one off infusion hopefully to give them back their life and not 100s of thousands on chemo, hospital stays and edventually hospice care....

BBB is 100% right though, making this "for profit" is the only reason that Cellin are moving forward, this trial would not be going to estonia if it was not revenue generating and significantly so. But because it is??? Many patients from across europe will hopefully soon have that oppertunity to seek treatment where before there was no hope, and if the various health services are willing to pay? They are willing to pay because its cheaper than keeping the patient on their own books. It is a win win as much as it may sound unsavory profiting off the illness of others.

Assuming Estonia is approved, what's vlad going to do? Send over an "Idiots guide to CAR-T"? No, he and others will have to fly over for training and transfer. Made transfer means start of recruitment, even if MDA are doing the heavy lifting direct with Made? The Hemogenyx input is not zero.

End of year results, half year results, these take time.

Liasing with NIH over grants and shiz? Takes time.

Finalising testing on CDX, working with potential partners? Takes time

Testing/development of CBR for cancer? Takes time

Processing the viral side of CBR? Takes time

Showing potential suitors around the labs or dealing with subletting? Takes time.

Being off sick, going on holiday? Takes time.

It's worth remembering Vlad is running a company with multiple candidates that are each worthy of being their own company and worth alot independently. He has a family and he needs partners to develop each arm of the company, so yes. He will continue to attend conferences and seek out working partners, as he should, this is not all about HG-CT-1.

Bottom line: Enterprise Value is £33m and thats purely based on current mCap, it actually less and very dependant on the SP being maintained.

From what I can see the key value accruitive points are cesation of royalty payments in 10 months time, ill get excited closer to the time, it will mean company is break even in 2 years and 2m+ profit a year in 5 years..... Vs 33m mCap....

So that leaves Byhealth, and yep that could be good, they have spent 10s of millions of CHINESE YUAN in research, and there is a billions of dollar market in china with an anti platelet niche available for this fruit stuff. AI tells me if successful it could be worth 100-150m to Provexis which WOULD result in a significant rerate of the SP and if approved timeline is minimum 3-6 months.

Competition? Due to chinese blue cap laws its unlikely anyone will try and copy this tomato sauce for years which is excellent, the biggest risk is the market is identified and competitors look for other fruit or veg to copy the anti platelet effects.

Looking at the numbers they have < 12 months cash, reasonable chance of a placing AND there are a good chunk of very cheap options recently granted.

My HONEST outsider opinion? Something that Pumpkin is not willing or able to ever do?

Provexis wont explode in the coming weeks or even 1-2 months because there are too many convertables "in the money" and too much risk to the market of a placing if that happened. BUT likewise except for a black swan event Byhealth IS LIKELY to happen Q2/Q3.

So yes I actually will probably put some money in here at some point, its now on my radar and if there are dips and I have a few spare quid? Why not? But I would not sell anything and rush to buy yet.

WHY should I invest in Provexis? What in your opinion is a fair mCap / Share price? Seriously you want people to invest well put some bloody effort in to it and tell me why???? What inflection points are there? Whats the funding story? Whats the target market valuation?
