3.35p with a UT of 3.4 so we are going to open RED tomorrow!!!!

However last time there was a UT it was significantly UNDER the spread so we opened blue allowing MMs to move us down to hide the actual drop. So it APPEARS that the general behaviour is, the UT denotes direction for following day trading. But it can easily be manipulated by PIs and should not be taken as anything more than an interesting trend.

For all his faults he is still human, think he had a sizeable holding in GWMO and PROBABLY is holding here also, 30% up on GW and almost 30% up here. Hopefully he will make his money and retire for good from the trolling business and enjoy the better side of life :-)

Yep, I dont know what the market will do when CH is lifted, alot depends on Vlad, if he keeps any dilution/placing limited to Prevail and II which would most likely hold for Clinical Trials then Hemo could easily head up to that 300m target mCap so 10-20p is absolutely possible. With 500m shares in private hands(simply wall St) I personally know ATLEAST 10% of those are in the hands of people I know who are unlikely to sell many on IND and are waiting for CBR, so with an increase volume and buying we could see some stupid increases here.

There are no warrant holders outside of Hemogenyx (its unlikely Vlad will convert and sell)

So yea, there is every chance this does a 10x in the coming weeks, but for now? I would love 5p before IND approval and 8-10p post approval, that would be a good result for me and IMO very achievable.

Purely speculation:

As a Clinical Oncology with CAR- T in trials it would still be one of, if not the cheapest(considering the few that are cheap have limited ownership or high debt) around at 100m mCap. So honestly? In relatively short period I THINK we are going to tag 10p because Hemo is just too cheap and we have not yet seen any II buying into Hemo as CLINICAL, IMO 5p+ is all but guaranteed so that makes the mCap over 50mil which as has been called out many times is the absolute minimum before alot of IIs or funds will even consider a shares. So yea, IMO we hit 10p.... Then? I think there will be a placing to Prevail at 6p so maybe drop back to around 8p which keeps mCap around 100m for a while. But pure speculation. A massive update on licencing CDX or progress on CBR could blow that away.

30m mCap about to ho clinical. It's like buying a watch to sell at auction, you buy it in a shop to resell your paying the markup price. Get it at a car boot and it's a fraction of the price but there is more risk associated. NOTHING against avct, zilch, but its much much easier for Hemo to multibag than it. Hemogenyx currently < 30m mCap - PRE-Clinical with multiple pipelines

One of which is HEMO-CAR-T - There was a clinical hold applied, fda raised one issue which has been addressed. FDA approved plan to lift CH and work has now been done by Hemogenyx in line with that Plan. FDA have 1-2 weeks left to respond and every expectation is CH will be lifted.

This allows Hemogenyx to start clinical trials with with their CMO Prevail Infoworks and PROBABLY with additional financial backing from Prevail Partners who previously made a strategic investment at 6p. Once clinical Hemogenyx will join a limited class of CAR-T pharmas in the oncology sphere and will be the cheapest of the bunch where the field is 100-300m+ for small scaling into the billions for the larger Pharmas. Licencing deals for CAR-T in recent years have been 100s of millions into bns with up front payments, milestones and bio bucks.

So either you think this is a good investment in which case why the negativity, what happened in the past is the past and if you keep looking back your going to walk head first into a wall. If you think its a bad investment then holding and not selling is just stupid.

Bottom line is, speaking for myself and the likes of HH, Haywain, dhub etc, we are not speaking to you, we are not posting for your benefit, by and large we post for the benefit of those casual browsers who might stumble across Hemogenyx and not have a clue about whats going on, never going to read the RNS or do any research and sometimes it nice to have the bull argument here in an accessible format. JRDC, AVCT have an mCap of 300m, and they are in clinical trials, this is the upper edge of where I said Hemo should be, think many people miss this point, Hemogenyx are LESS than 30mil mCap, which is why its so much easier to do 100/200/300%....

As for "hey're creating a whole platform and managed something no other pharma has." They are basically trying to make chemotherapy safer... Which is basically CDX and Hemo have that aswell in the back burner, as for a whole platform, Might I suggest some background reading into CBR :P

Micky, like it or not there is SWEET FA out there to tell potential investors about the potential here in Hemogenyx, there is no website (Its ancient) there is nothing of value on Twitter and its not covered anywhere else. So that "Ramping" you love to moan about? Is nothing more than a regurgitation of relevant content which is freely available in open sources mainly the published RNS's and the FDA guidelines. Given this is the ONLY source of information even remotely up to date as people dont read RNS the only ones who benefit by the "Positive" posters staying quiet is shorters who would love nothing more than only negative posts so they can make a few quid. If over the years all us positive LTHers had remained completely quiet what do you think would have happened? If people had not bought in over the years? Ill make it multiple choice:

A, SP Would have continued to go up on occasion allowing Hemogenyx to raise enough capital to stay afloat until today when they are about to go Clinical.

B, Tanked without any positive sentiment being shorted down to nothing making the company worthless and ending up in administration.

If you dont actually see or understand the potential here then your an idiot for sticking around for so long. What sort of sadist would stay here for these years with all the BS we have been through if you dont actually understand what your investing in? I have put up with years of utter cr@p because I know when clinical Hemo will be worth 100m+ in a short space of time. Just because we have had horrible luck 3 times (Eli Lilly, Mint, Clinical Hold) does NOT make the company any less valuable or detract from the potential. It means there is alot more dilution so lowers expectations somewhat but it does not mean that somehow you get to wave a magic wand and suddenly Hemogenyx have the ONLY CAR-T treatment in clinical trials worth less than a used port-a-loo. So by all means, dont count your chickens, but likewise, if your sitting here on the bus please dont give LTHers abuse calling it ramping to call out the blatantly obvious which some people have clearly missed, because I doubt you will be complaining if we turn out to be right and your sitting on a huge profit. For those who use charts to predict mCap it has done well. For those of us who decided to buy a Pre-clinical undervalued pharma with CAR-T treatment in oncology that is not yet in clinical trials... The SP has done nothing.

I bought a pre-clinical in anticipation of it going clinical, starting trials and re-rating to its new classification. Charts are great for steering a ship but for tiny mCaps like Hemo? You find one thats undervalued with a known upcoming inflection point with low debt, no warrant overhang and you buy and hold as it crosses that inflection point. Everything else is trading.

There are rare opportunities in the market that make millionaires, MOST of the time its out of the blue and catches people by surprise, this time? It is pretty well signposted and due to setbacks has given traders alot longer to get onboard, but it should be crystal clear to everyone. The next RNS that makes Hemogenyx clinical? EVEN if lots of people sell on news? The increased visibility and volume should catapult this back up to where it should be. If Charles wants to wait till then to buy in? Be my guest it will help push the SP even higher!

same here dhub, the 36,500 was mine, i see this as nothing more than mms knocking sp down to where they can cover the shorts from friday and hoping for some traders too offload to cover, it was contrived and planned from friday with that misleading ut. either way its just a bit of volatility in sp and market mechanics, cant control that and will never know 100% what is going on there. all we can control is what we know about hemogenyx, imo the drop has zero relationship to whats going on with hemo and nothing more than market trading. fda have like 2 weeks max? to respond and very confident the news will be positive. all we need is for it to catch these ******s offguard and they are finished. the more they trade the more likely that happens, so fill your boots traders, your going to get burnt one of these days :-)

Moor, many people questioned why they did not invest more when they had the chance to buy at a much cheaper level etc before Christmas and why they only took 500k. I think what many people have missed is this:

They dont invest in pre-clinical from what I can see, the clinical hold clearly set everything back a year and Hemo needed some cash to pay Prevail Info to get started. Once the CH is lifted they are free to invest at will, now? The fact that they deviated from their normal restrictions to invest in Hemo PRE-Clinical is a huge endorsement in their confidence of CH being lifted and a stamp of approval for Vlad. It should not be underestimated, its a big deal for us which hopefully signals much more investment coming this way when the CH is lifted.

@Blue - I am almost certain Prevail will have some sort of agreement in place to invest at a fixed price, 6p was how they valued the company then, that figure did not come out of thin air, it was a carefully calculated SP based on a mutually agreeable mCap. I would bet money that Prevail will do another strategic investment at 6p once the CH is lifted, which I THINK will be at a discount to the SP When it happens.

Again this is conjecture and speculation, but 6p was not plucked out of Vlads bottom, this is not an investment by some trader off twitter found by Peterhouse looking a 20% discount to forward sell. Prevail will want to inject ENOUGH cash to actually allow the trials to get going and with Main Market rules and approved equity at the AGM it is going to have to be 6p+ to make that possible.

Getting a foot in the door with Prevail is NOT guaranteed, so the fact that Hemo have already investment from Prevail is a HUGE stamp of approval.
