Darwen, I am certain there are many many more retail traders who did the same, not just Stu, basically the retail book of these brokers, the whole sector is corrupt. My ire is more focused at Stu because he seemed to get such joy and satisfaction ad the damage he is part of, of course he is not alone, but he is the one who decided to make himself public and go the extra mile.

He needed to raise funds, it should have been 6p+ it should have involved Prevail and should have been lined up for FDA approval. He made the mistake of relying on retail brokers and the cardinal sin of actually sounding it out first.

Be under no illusions, this SP Was FORCED down, not by Vlad, not by shareholders selling because they didnt believe in the company, but largely by people borrowing shares and forcing down the SP and convincing others to sell. The drop to 2p is disgusting and not justified based on what the company have and their potential, it was pushed down JUST to make a placing more expensive and damaging. The ONE thing I want out of this more than anything is for Vlad to finally for once realise if he sticks with the same retail placings he CANNOT fight these traders, they have no ethics or morals and very deep pockets. I want to see them prosecuted as there is no way this is not market manipulation.

I am actually not that angry at Vlad my anger is directed elsewhere as I suspect is clear, well done stu, you managed to starve Hemogenyx of the ability to raise more money much much higher which will delay research and ultimately? People will die who could have been saved, so good job you.

That said. I hold, I have bought below 2p and expect the filth that shorted the SP down here will probably also buy and start ramping and pumping. The shorts are closing or closed already and "Stu" and his troll aliases are away on a boat, which is BS, he always planned to stop posting as soon a placing landed. Hemogenyx ARE Clinical, they ARE preparing to start CAR-T human trials and now the ARE funded. There is zero chance of people now shouting placing for 6mths+ so incentive to short and troll is gone. Those on the sidelines waiting to buy AFTER finances are sorted might well buy, so basically SP should bounce hard once any dummy spitting sellers, remaining placings shares and closed out leverage shares have churned. Its a dark day, but after 3 weeks of nothing but negativity there are blue skys in the distance.

Because of a few insiders shorting and spending weeks on the assault, Hemo have been forced to raise at 2p??? Even lower than when the FDA had a bloody clinical hold??

Email hemo/vlad, make it clear this inside information has been used to push down the SP for weeks and he needs new brokers.

What disgusts me even more is that having pushed down the sp to 2p these vermin will now ride the gains and start ramping not caring that they made it impossible for vlad to obtain 10m+ which would have allowed significant progess in CBR etc.

Nope, last contact with peterhouse was a few weeks ago. Since then have sent several emails asking hemo to bin them as brokers as this leaking is doing serious damage.

Deliberate and continuous shorting attacking and driving the SP down here from 7p+ JUST to make raising funds more expensive is disgusting. Company deserved to be able to obtain alot more funds on much better terms after last few RNSs

Stu, what I find disgusting are individuals, like yourself whom dedicate hours and hours of their life to attacking, shorting, trading down companies that are small and vulnerable in the hopes of a hail mary bad news or discount placing etc. You should be ashamed of yourself but your clearly not, there are many different types of people in this world, I would rather support a company looking to cure patients dying of cancer, you would rather make a quick buck. Simple as that. Its not about the science your attacking Hemo purely in the hopes of needing to raise funds, which if that happens would be at a much reduced level than it would have been back when it was 7p+. Heaven forbid you attack a company that is not trying to save lives, that would be too morally acceptable.

It is disgusting how a few traders and shorters have managed to do so much damage to the reputation of this company, the hate and vitriol that some must have to dedicate hour after hour attacking a company that is literally within touching distance of saving lives (hopefully). And then to see the glee and joy expressed by some when a company struggles having been attacked and pushed down so far by traders and shorters who literally are happy to see people die to line their pockets, makes me sick.

2, Neither I nor anyone else said anything about funding being non-dilutive, pretty much ANY form of funding we see is going to be dilutive, be it JV, PIPE, strategic investment etc. The issue being we dont see any urgent need for Vlad to do some big destructive DISCOUNT placing. Prevail invested at 6p when SP was what? 1.6p or something? That was dilutive but welcome.

3, Sorry if you dont like your morals being questioned, but Haywains post is 100% on point, big or small, effective or not, when you make the decision to short Hemogenyx, IF that decision has negative impacts on the company you are directly causing delays in treatment of REAL PEOPLE, and in this scenario, they probably just die.
