My point about a placing is simple. I DO NOT BELIEVE FOR ONE SECOND vlad will do a big discount one, there is no need too with such strength. Because of these reasons a placing would STILL remove these constraints, shorts would close and SP would rise.

Well think it's fair to say none of know what will happen this week! But think it's also fair to say we pretty much all agree the valuation now is just stupid and wrong (except pumpkin who never knows what anything is actually worth)... What we do know is between IG and Interactive Brokers there is around 20mil Deferred buys (client shorts) which won't appear on ortex. It APPEARS like the block sells are done, the MMs started moving up Friday and the 400k+ blocks stopped, 100k trades are nothing in comparison.

Traders, shorters and trolls are all waiting for a placing, and while that IS possible it's more likely to see cash coming from prevail at a premium and vlad waiting for sp to significantly improve. Don't forget, Hemogenyx will manufacture the CAR-T in house and have already bought a stockpile of Lentivirus and are doing one patient at a time. Hell at this point worse case scenario if he decided to raise 1 or 2 mil at 3p to see him through to trials and some sort of partnership? removing fear of more dilution means sp should bounce anyway lol. BUT I still don't think he will.

On the subject of Algos... They are getting a bad rap here, HOWEVER let me give the opposite side of the coin, they are acting like Market Makers offering automated trades, on SETS these orders DO get filled and unlike before now they are considered for the spread. Before MMs had total control outside of auctions to set the spread and could restrict all trades, resulting in hard shakes down or spikes with no opportunity to sell. Since the move to SETS? We have not really had shakes, the SP has moved because people were welling to sell/buy, the size available from these automated or limit orders is printed as is the number of shares available.

I dont LIKE the fact the SP has moved down so much since Friday HOWEVER I respect that those with automated trades set up are doing no worse than the MMs and in fact are keeping the MMs honest. If anyone here wants to do the same? Its available via IG.com, declare yourself professional and you can configure your own automated trading patterns, but be warned that comes with risks, in particular if you ever use leverage. I personally will never click that button, the idea of losing millions in a bad trade fills me with dread....

Thats around £100k sold in big blocks, all delayed sells today, yesterday some similar and 1m blocks. Whilest they have been ongoing all but one MM has been stuck firm to 3p on the Bid, PEEL have finally moved and 2 blocks exactly the same time. Can never be certain whats happening/going to happen, but feels like whoever wanted out is now out and on the ASK all MMs are up to 4p. There is a bunch of limit orders still there but overall? It will cut.

I also fully expect that Vlad will have to break his silence soon with some sort of interview or statement on direction of the company, but given the recent updates he deserves a break for not having done one already, he really has been busy!

MrI, are you SERIOUSLY using that term on here? Dont even start equating what Hemogenyx has delivered in recent days to what AIM directors do day in day out promising gold and diamonds in interview after interview only to do a monthly multi million raise to fund their lifestyle.

Ofcourse Hemogenyx need cash, and ofcourse they have likely lined up a cash investment with Prevail at 6p as I have been saying for months. AND THEY BLOODYWELL DESERVE TO DO SO. What exactly is the problem with that? People should be nervous because if the SP rises above 6p Prevail might make another strategic long term investment helping Hemogenyx continue research in multiple directions AND start clinical trials?

Would argue its the inverse of that, both recent updates, are so significant for a company with such a low mCap that they should not have waited to RNS. Had there been no clinical hold applied by the FDA I am sure both of these updates would have been released long ago as alluded too by the video showing Vlads presentation. Theses are ground breaking advancements with wide ranging implications not just in Cancer where focus has been for the past 6 years.

The Clinical Hold meant Vlad dedicated every spare ounce he had to getting that hold lifted, now it is? Prevail will take over and you can be sure of an update on that in the coming days or weeks. Vlad now will turn his focus to the gem of Hemogneyx, CBR.

Worth reading the damage that plaques can cause to the brain and the link to alzheimers, if CBR really can target and remove these plaques then the potential to save lives is absolutely huge and ANYONE shorting or attacking Hemogenyx really needs to stop, think and move on. I have one grandmother in a home who has no clue who I am and a mother heading in that direction because of this disgusting disease. I hope to god Vlad makes this a priority and it works and he gets some serious help to move this along as quickly as humanly possible.
