I don't usually get involved in the war stuff, nothing here will change what happens. But I thought a little while ago that Europe and the USA hey will be absolutely chuffed if China brokers a peace agreement, they can say that it's China's fault that they had to give up land or create a neutral buffer zone and walk away.

Echo1 Good point. I've previously been worrying about the SP, but now I'm only looking at it to see if it drops to a point where I am happy to do a little top up, holding for long term dividends maybe see what the SP does in a few years.

jotom, many fair points, I'm still 5 years from retirement and may not crystallize my pension right away, am not relying on shifting any shares into a pension wrapper, am looking at long term holding for dividends anyway so anything else just possiblity and see how it goes. Cheers.

Westy54 Yea if the tax wrapper is lost it would be a disappointment, but I've not a massive income so dividend tax would be a dissapointment rather than a disaster. If Kaz comes back to LSE in any form, I will look to see possiblity of moving some over to my pension, get some tax relief that way maybe.
