Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Our Havieron exploration is now totally focused on growth with the potential for resource additions outside of the existing Inferred Mineral Resource limits. Our 8 operating rigs are exploring the high-grade targets in and around the main deposit.
High grade targets - NCM said it themselves on the 8th of December.
Are we nearly there yet? Yup.
Hold on tight and Merry Christmas to all LTH.

Personally, I think Zephyr should be looking at small scale GTL (gas to liquid) technologies like Velocys. Bitcoin is not carbon neutral technology, far from it. And who knows what the future is for these crytocurrencies? IMHO only.
We first started trying to get Parsortix approved by the FDA in March 2014. As a LTH (since the beginning), I knew it would be a long road. But every time we go around the final corner, the finishing line evaporates into the next H or Q. I am desperate for Angle to succeed, but to imagine the FDA aren't stalling (for whatever reason) might be a little optimistic. Fingers not crossed because they would have merged by now, but come on FDA, put a rocket up it.
It's so exciting. I love a new discovery...
I love the way he said 'even more compelling' a couple of times about Havieron. If that's not a clue, I'll eat my snake gaiters.
Three plants on a mine,
West Kytlim's still gleaming,
Months and months of hurt,
Never stopped us dreaming.
Personally I think the rise is due to the derisking of the outcome. Each step on the way gives more likelyhood of a positive outcome. Some investors have lower risk thresholds and will jump into anything that moves. Others are more cautious and wait for more certainty. While there is nothing certain in the results here, we may be seeing investors with a higher threshold getting a case of FOMO soon. IMHO only.
Hold on to your hats
obmuj. Me too. Let's hope we did not suffer in VANE. :-)
I've had shares in this company since it was Vane Mining, and lost a lot of money during the Idien's reign. I averaged down a lot recently and am finally in profit again. It's a rare case of a dead share reviving. I was so sure it was a goner, but boy am I glad I took the chance. Onwards and upwards chaps and chapesses.
Saxonaxe, I have been wondering about this. It depends on many factors including how busy the big consultancies are right now (there's a bit of a boom going on in exploration). The main factors are the following:
Is the information digitised? It depends when the resources were calculated originally.
Does any of the information need to be checked using twinned holes?
How is the QAQC? Is it up to snuff or will some resampling be necessary?
Most of the above relies on how recently the Russian resources were calculated. As you remember, Russian geologists tend to err on the side of caution so it is unlikely that much checking needs to be done. CRISCO have a suggestion conversion for individual categories which you could use for a rough estimate.

So the answer is, how long is a piece of string. I'd say between 6 and 9 months but dont quote me. :-)
I took out my original stake and a nice profit a while ago, and left a small amount in here to ride. This morning I thought it would be rude not to buy back in from that profit and take my chances. What's not to like?
obmuj. When I was a lot younger I had a portfolio of projects in South America. A company bought them from me for shares and then passed them along the line just as you described. I was left with worthless bits of paper after 8 years of hard work. The lawyer we had didnt notice the danger in the contract we signed and we got stiffed. I would have bought a house in London with the proceeds so you can guess how I feel about it now...
Aha! thank you Mardler. I knew it was in here somewhere. I will bookmark. :-)
I'm a member of ADFN but how on earth do you navigate that site? It's a complete mystery. I cant even find the BB Feed.
I dont know if anyone has posted this yet but to switch Britain's 31.5 million petrol and diesel vehicles over to a battery-electric fleet would take an estimated 207,900 tonnes of cobalt, 264,600 tonnes of lithium carbonate, 7,200 tonnes of neodymium and dysprosium, and 2,362,500 tonnes of copper. That's only the UK, folks. Mega increase in mining needed to go green.
My bad. I meant trading circles, although it seems he has invested in AGL...
Mambamentality. This guy, as I'm sure you know, is a legend in investing circles. I had the pleasure of meeting him once. A very nice man, unexpectedly friendly and tolerant of my questions. If he is backing us, it's a fantastic sign. Thanks for the link.
SLF72, I was happy to invest long term at that age. Now I just grab the quick wins, and wait for my long term holds to rocket. :-)
