In my opinion BOTH the market makers and the funds want this as low as possible in anticipation of a peace agreement. They react way faster than we do to news ( good and bad) and also have privilidged access to the MM's . They also have boots on the ground," sources" lets call them and will know way before we do. They both want maximum profit in the event of a peace deal being reached so unless there is relebtless pressure the nt trade trick will keep a lid on it in most situations with the exception of significant news !!! On the other hand it does seem coiled so even a whiff and off we go :) ALL imho and caveats bla bla bla
