Nine days till ex div date and 34p or 5% ish, tree shake and possible last ditched attempt at pushing price down yesterday fell flat on its face and if the holders would just hold and set realistic stop losses we could see a steady climb instaed of this 10p swing nonsense lol still 6.84 touched and will be breached later

Oh i almost forgot, in my opinion many institutional and income funds are yet to move into bdev for the divi ! they have cartain advantages small invstors dont so there are still large funds waiting till closer to ex div date before they buy. small but significant fact i reckon . :)

The " buffer of land " is a sad attempt at creating worry, much has been turned around and was bought at much higher prices during the bubble, it was an issue that worried investors for a while a few years ago and yet you are trying to portray it as an asset soon to be used up lol There may be a 0.5 % interest rate hike in November but its not certain and its effect on UK builders even less certain. The government has pledged 10 billion to help first time buyers,to build up council house stock and lets not forget we are still going to need hundreds of thousands of properties built no matter what happens with brexit. Bdev earns in gbp and so if the pound falls in global terms then land price falls in global terms.So to use a building and professorial analogy grab your mortar board and get in for the dividend or at least stop trying to scare monger with false information. Well i havereduced a little on the ups but im now sticking with the couple of k i hold and will probably become an actual binafide holder :) cant see much downside for a couple of years at least and what with more help to buy and council house building being planned the land banks looking better and better as well.May even turn a profit on some of that top priced land bought in the crazy days :) all good and fingers crossed bol
