The government per se has not got the infrastructure to undertake a programme on this scale and god help us if they try.What will happen is governmen funded private building contracts awared to tried and tested companies.They may be public private or possibly entire estates built using government land undertaken via tender.They may not even happen but what it does show is the desperate shortage of housing and the solid future of the housebuilders and the demand for their product!!!

Ok dont shoot the messenger, i have sold some @9.18 today but still hold 1000 and this is not backed up by charts graphs yada yada but seems to me this still being sold into once its over 9.00! looking at woody et al's holding if and i say if i was woody or trading for him and i needed to keep my powder dry for when the shorters attack AND stay bellow the 20.9% or whatever it is to avoid further wrath from my investors, what i would be doing is supporting and falls near the 8.80'S and selling above nine but without creating a huge dip ??? does that not seem logical to you guys ??? Once the sp self supporting then intensive care can be withdrawn. All my logical specualtion nothing more, but does seem to be that way over last two/three weeks!
