Probably wrong but the wording seemed to me the absolute minimum necessary to clarify eur position !! Only reason I see that they would be so frugal is something is covered by the nda one way or another ??? Also the move would be covered by the nda but not the sale ergo the sale rns would be necessary but no further info could be provided. It’s also possible that eur were not availing themselves of his services and so were unaware of a new position until after the sale rns but still not allowed to disclose his new position if his new employer or position was with the future buyer ! Or at least a company under the control of the nda ????? Either way wasn’t involved in the fsp by eur had no insider knowledge and could still be covered by the nda !! ? Maybe

... i can handle this kind of excitement @ Cheltenham because its a lot less money and only lasts for about a minute ! This is relentless been ongoing for months and savagely blooming stressful at times.
