Does an rns need putting out for a "change in circumstance or holding" or any trade whatsoever ?? What i mean is if for eg black-rock wanted to average down and sold 121,121 shares but bought back 121121 shares on a drop would that still warrant an rns ?? or is the fact the holding stays the same mean its not necessary??

Oriens1 i respectfully disagree! The market has taken a/s sale as an indicator that HE believed the sale wasn't going to anytime soon that seems obvious,however its a false assumption. I trust the bod ! so when they say they had no idea what he was planning says to me that he is not in the loop at all. He sold for whatever reason he sold for but to assume that means a delay to the sale is a risky assumption.
There was a scurrying nature to the extra bore holes drilled ! there is a concerted effort by bigger players to winkle the millions out of private hands! and there is i believe fsp fatigue on here and with the bod.

Not really but thought they would at least retain a semblance of decorum lol The fact that they took it down by over 50% even thought the actual trades that day were less than a million more sells than buys AND only a 16 mil trading day was bordering on the criminal !! This should be looked at by fca simple as that and the bod should as much as possible do something to undo the damage or pull out of fsp ! Once out of the fsp the interested parties the dfs the prices offered at can be made public and the price would respond accordingly. More over the 40 day time limit on normal sales should not be a problem with all the ground work already completed ! Just my view but this open ended b/s is playing into the manipulators hands and should be actively challenged one way or another.
