Russia goes to extreme lengths to reassure foreign investors because they know that in the past it was hampered by appearances of nepotism etc. They cannot risk spooking investors at this time especially, by overtly tampering in such matter because it will have a knock on effect on ALL investments.
That being said certain buyouts would possibly be a concern but most of the contenders have worked with Russia before and so i don't see it being an issue.
I do believe they would prefer a " carve up" ie group buyout and a dividing of the acreage !! Think about it imagine if NN Saudis and china buy EURASIA but we are left with a small area under a new company name. They get the access to further acreage, and Russia has four companies all breaking ground on new pit heads simultaneously. The best and fastest way for the area to become the a pgm zone to rival South Africa's Bush veld and take advantage of the new demand immediately.
Just a view but it would also allow Russia to accept a buyer as part of a consortium that they might be uncomfortable with owning the whole nine yards!!!

we get this jagged pattern when the mm's are playing it! Also low volume, when volume is higher and its a more organic rise or fall the pattern is smoother. This jagged patern means we are firmly in the grip of the mm's once it smooths out its more natural AND when there are curves upwards the mm's are losing control! My observation only and later i fully expect the mm's to lose control somewhat. Call it fomo call it risk reward calculations by shorters or whatever but the risk reward balance for shorting has shifted massively, only the desperate or the fool hardy will see it otherwise.
