maybe someone else can answer this.... are black rock et all prevented by their fund rules to invest in a sub i bil mcap company?? are they perhaps precluded from buying shares unless the comp is fledgling ??? perhaps it was spiked up to allow them entry? or maybe their buy orders pushed the sp to where they needed it to be??? I dunno but if black rock is happy at 38p that should be like a placing price and set the aprox price going forward !! any less is machinations.

If i was Dimitry i would drop the fsp first let it spike let the shorters buy back their shares and once it had peaked and they pile back in drop the jub bomb and re-rate them out of existence! :) However it has been said that i have a impulse control issues and occasionally bear a grudge soo lucky for them im not calling the shots :)

Yesterday in response to aircooledude calling me a waste of space i shot from the hip with a locker room joke! Sometimes my filters go a little awry and the lack of edit or delete options means you can't correct your mistakes. Anyway i was not told to apologize nor do i apologize for defending myself. i agree with most of that hector however for me its become binary we sell or we mine !!! That for me is the very often overlooked issue here. The sale i truly believe will happen but if for some reason it does not then the price may halve or worse.That will be a very short lived fall though because we will have offers of free ride JV coming at us from still water, NN, China, impala, anglo, northam, and that is not an exaggeration. We would have a jv bidding war which would almost certainly end in a dividend plus a free ride!!
So my take is mid £1 sale ie £1.50 ish which is a five billion sale OR a JV with sweetener ( divi) within weeks. So yes there are other 5 baggers to be found and more,arb recently gulf keystone years ago and many others in between but they all have one thing we do not,risk. Whats different here is ( to me) zero risk. We may have sp slide if no sale but it will be brief the JV will propel us into the 70p range with a divi and within a year we will be multiples of a £.
Thats why im here no down side multiple upsides albeit with a temporary sp slide and a twelve month delay. All my shares in a sipp not to be cashed for 5 years so heads i win tails i win later. gla

i think its time sells had a fee the same as buys ! halve the fee so the cost to an individual is the same unless they hold and then the cost is halved. The reason is the rise of the share bots following patterns in micro seconds, these patterns can be manipulated and therefore the way to curtiail multiple small sells by bots if to make them un profitable. Also if the fee was a % small investors would not be penalized over large players. Just an opinion.

aprox 2.5 hours of trading and then a ( my guess only ) 60% chance of the feasibility rns and a re rate to 45p plus and a 20% chance of both that and the sales offer rns being combined and a re-rate to above £1.50 ! So whilst its far from a guarantee id say that going short is not investing but high roller high risk gambling with a very limited upside !!!

when you drop the rns be it the feasibility or the buy out or maybe both do it @ aprox noon Uk time !!
