agent i never get emotional about a share, i sold echo at a loss thinking it would come good and was best decision in a while loss woulda been double!! Same with bpc was worried id regret it and i may do yet but meantime its down because of legal wrangling. wishbone was a mistake but all in all ive played well this quarter. Now if those pesky Norsemen will put their hands in their pockets ill gloat for bl00dy years lol

This share is a binary situation for me now. Previously i have had a trading block i have played with and gained an extra 45k shares by doing so but i am now 100% and it is rather relaxing. Whatever happens i am here until the sale offer. I am not one who will wait for the extra 5/10% form the actual bank transfer but will sell as soon as the sp is within 5% of the offer BUT that aside whatever the sp does is irrelevant now, its ten bag or mine it ourselves and ten bag in a year or so simples :) .

Sorry jr but ya wrong ! fsp is becoming popular on aim sales because the timescale is not so tight.I believe its 40 days from formal buy offer ( if im wrong its very tight which is my point) so no formal offer has yet been made, which is not to say an offer ( provisionally ) based on further evidence ie the extra drilling and sampling ! has not been muted. A formal offer has to be shared with the market and the potential buyers share holders ASAP! Absolutely no equivocation allowed.

Knowing my luck this year the announcement will coincide with a j bell crashing just to torture me for a few more dang days :)

Because any other way he tries to liquidate his assets for his future projects would be detrimental to both us AND his own holding. His preference if you like is a company cash sale! and whilst he cannot dictate the situation he certainly can influence decisions.

The thing overlooked here is dimitry!! He has a massive holding and other plans !! Bill Gates, zuckerberg AND even bezos has discovered you can own billions in value of shares but try to liquidate them and the price crashes, even just a portion. Zuckerberg had just this problem couple of years ago, he wanted to sell a billion $ of his 7 billion to do philanthropic work with but the attempted sale spooked the market spooked the nasdaq and almost spooked the entire system! This share is not facebook however if demitry tried to liquidate his shares for his future projects the price would collapse. He wants it sold thats his goal and unless the alternative offer is mega thats the way he will push.

longtrader. you missed a very important point. There would be no need to ascertain exactly whats there if the price was one of the low balls bandied about on here!!! If we were selling low then the margin of error in the surveys etc is magnified, ie you can, as the buyer absorb a % of error in the surveys. If you were about to pay fair market value you may want to be darn sure the survey was erring on the side of caution would you nor ???? So my low ball estimate of 1.21 just went up to £1.71 ! boo yaa :)

what the effect mia shares when dropped will have on the sp ? 12 million plus !! Are they yet to be filled orders? are they accumulation? are the MM holding off on filling said orders( deliberately ) because of the spike it will cause ? My take is 42p when the new " owners" of these shares become knowledge in the public domain!! but wtfdik etc That is without the report and obviously without so much as a rumour re the BIG ONE ! gla So lets be having them please MM's ya know you want too!
