There is ( in my view ) no reason why the bod would bother with an rns and then be so totally vague and minimalist about the info therein unless it pertained to the sale and was covered by the nda. That rns had nomad approval in certain of it (personal view ) it was the absolute minimum needed to clarify the situation. So my view ( i have an agenda btw ) lol my view is the transfer had to happen to facilitate the sale. Again we will see in due course .
