not what i said !! The bidding has concluded ie we have had non binding offers. The reason the transition from non to binding offers is because the PRIOR bidding war possibly meant that for one buyer it was too much and so joint bids possible were muted. I simple believe a straight low ball sale would be easy to complete. simple really.

the sale becomes more likely and imho the sale price improves! Not in the literal sense ie we add 200 mil for every days delay :) Just that i cant shake the feeling that a 3 bil sale would have been easy! One buyer and for NN 3 bil is pocket change. No i mean the length of time this is taking with all the top end professionals on board means a combination of A. Serious money and B. complicated financial arrangements ( possibly joint buy, possibly any number of financial vehicles ) .I am obviously speculating but really how hard would a 3/4/5 bil straight sale to one buyer be ?? The only reason it would be a joint sale would be if bidding war was getting out of hand and neither bidder was backing down ??? Anyway i still think it will be soon and i think more and more that it will surprise us all ( except hoochy lol )!! gla

What we have witnessed this morning is the very rare green start ! It hasn't been seen since last December but hopefully with the change of the seasons and as the temperature rises we shall see much more of this incredibly rare and beautiful creature lol

Some however will be selling some or top slicing as we rise. They may want to have a little dry powder just in case ! All this means we have some free float but what’s certain is it is being hoovered up as fast as it appears and as we rise less and less will become available !
We turned around a 5% plus manipulated drop yesterday!! And should push on today buy top slice hold ! It’s your money but the zeitgeist at the moment amongst the big fish and little fish is definitely leaning towards end game is upon us! Gla

They pushed the sp down this am ! They have parked sells @ 29 and it’s not enough ! When the kippers drop any minute now will they be forced to retreat and try again @ a higher level ? Buy back their shorts and push us beyond 30 ??? Regroup and try again coz the pesky bots don’t give up tat easy ! I guess we will see soon :) fingers crossed eh ?
