Sturgeon would do anything financially or otherwise for her independence dream we need a formula and a national security clearance change to accept that fact !

I’ve said before we need a sales tax ! A few % on every single trade carried out in the uk be it digital or physical ! We used to have a very healthy high street trade in physical music and physical game sales but NON taxed transactions by Apple and Xbox Microsoft et al mean they are all but dead ! We get zero tax because these companies are parked in Ireland for tax purposes.
If you deduct 3% from uk vat and add a 3 % separate sales tax physical sales in the uk would cost exactly the same but overseas trades and digital trades would generate revenue !! Just an opinion

the really important question is .... what do the bod gain from prevarication ?? They have no salary to milk, no wages or income until the sale, cant sell hedge or make any financial profit from the sp up or down and that includes promises of employment and or future remuneration in any way. Nothing but a sale or a jv preceded by a divi payment affords them anything financially. In addition 20 some odd years in the preparation and one meal to be plated up would you be careless with the details ?? No gain at all unless this happens, i cant think of a single share where that applied prior to this one !! Chill, have an cognac and trust the chef's to make your wait worth every second . :)
