If you had permission for the rns ( which they would have ) why keep it so matter of fact and like i said minimal. My take ( speculation ) is a combination of having to shift those shares because of conflict AND or having to shift those shares before he could begin working for someone covered by the nda !! ie a buyer bidder etc Probably wrong but i cant shake the feeling that the wording was way way more minimal than it had to be given the circumstance and that he may have needed the money AND there was another reason not allowed to be revealed because of the nda !! make of that what you will ! gla

because i have seen many times the way these situations are played. There is always a leak just prior to significant news for one and often a spike is proceeded by a drop to generate a few sales and trip a few stop losses so why not this time ?? because like i said the other option is stress and worry and i wanna be able to spend my substantial windfall not bequeath it !!

Thats because in this situation you have three choices stay silent, be positive and be negative.Neither choice changes the outcome one jot BUT being negative and worrying is detrimental to your health even if the outcome is positive! So why not choose one of the other lesser evils that dont cause heart attacks and wait for the outcome to reveal itself ? :)
