I agree there will either be ( after all this time ) punitive break clauses, but they will be a two way street so the more the buyer wants to “ ensure” the deal the greater our protection will be ! Win win I suppose. My plan is still to sell a % and wait for the final payout though. Would be nice to see if any rumours create spikes to sell into though :) greedy I think they call it ! Bol

Correct me if I’m wrong but a binding offer is similar to the french system of house buying ! If you accept an offer and then sell to someone else there is I believe a 10% penalty based on the sale price ! This vastly reduces gazumping but if someone really want the house and ups their price enough it still happens !! Same here there will be very large exit clauses so only a significantly higher offer will be considered but it’s still possible !! :) The sp will rocket to within 5% of the binding offer but a large up bid could still steal it :) So I will be holding a large % until the final sale :)

Well it’s a new day and although this will be unpopular I personally don’t want a late Friday sale rns ! First thing would be awesome and I’d take the day off to concentrate on the fun :) but I do not want to be sitting over the weekend on a proposed deal that will be dissected over the weekend ! I want the rns to drop early, de leverage a % and then sit tight for the final FULL. yes past tense ! maybe i wasn't clear but i meant while the bidding was ongoing perhaps it became obvious to the bidders that the only way to avoid over paying was to combine and present a joint offer! If the serious buyers were able to get sole ownership for 3/4 bil thats simple and quick. If the value was high and involved more than one buyer that's a legal nit pickers wet dream :) and ergo would cause a more protracted shift from non binding to binding !! hope that clarifies !
