i started this post dory ! I am curious too however whilst i believe the information should be published unlike you i dont assume it is so until i know !! Hence the question/post. dore try reading some stuff ! past sales with binding offers where a higher bid is accepted after the agreement are always punitive to the seller and therefore cost the new buyer a significant premium ! Those are facts ! not random musings of an intellectually challenged fantasist! or you for short.

dore123 quite possibly every word you type is a croc ! Once the fsp is concluded there will be massively punitive break clauses ! So that while possible the " counter bid " would have to be orders of magnitude higher than the agreed price !

exactly ! its pedantic to be sure but an investor could say i am here investing in a miner not a company in a fsp ! ergo as a mining company investor i am entitled to information that upgrades, downgrades or leaves unchanged the values of the assets currently being mined by a mining company !! So why are you not fulfilling your current obligations to share holders because of the possibility or even probability of a company sale !!!!
I also think that the nomad will be thinking the same so maybe the permission to not release the report speaks volumes as to the progress ??? or maybe im just an incurable optimists lol

does the nda trump the investors right to access to relevant information ? The latest report has been held back because we are in an fsp and apparently it is covered by the nda, but we are also until sold an actual mining company listed on aim and there is pertinent information out there re assessment of assets that is not being released because of the nda or fsp or both. So which takes precedence legally the fsp nda situation or the legal obligation to provide pertinent information to investors as soon as it is available ???
