And then, in follow up, since TW is being condemned for publishing about his findings I wonder if he is proved right will you still think he was wrong to publish? i.e. in general do you think journalists/bloggers/non-regulators shouldn't reveal what they believe is evidence of frauds when they find it? Genuinely interested.
so you regard what is alleged to be a fraud as an ok manoeuvre to help the finances? are you aware that the victims of this alleged fraud would be all shareholders, so in effect you included (I assume)? if this fraud turned out to be true (and all the alledged evidence is public so you can check for yourself) would you change your stance. Now, hypothetically, do you think companies should be allowed to get away with fraud if they are about to be successful? is it only failing companies that should not be allowed to commit fraud? I am very interested to hear the views of a potential victim on the potential perpetrators of this crime.
Yeah the whole gold market has gone mental. I have 6 gold stocks and they are up 7% average just today. 30% last month. dunno why this one in particular is doing well today but good on it.
Yeah its a great shame, I number of high potential projects across the industry have been put on the sidelines by the oil price war. Anyway, yes it could potentially pull through, predicting exactly what happens in the oil industry at the moment is for rampers and mugs like mr. Oil, I just don't like the risk of it.
Yeah i'm not saying its a 0. clearly it has some sale potential and some survival potential but not much given the market environment, its just really tough right now for oil minors and a number of them will go bust. all this ramping stuff is pure nonsense designed to give people a little spike up to sell out on. that is what has happened as far as I can see. very risky here at the moment even at this price, let alone hoping for a 5 or ten bagger.
The stuff about the dragon valuation last year being relevant now is all just ramping and nonsense IMO. that valuation was made when oil was much higher, when this company was in a much better situation and most importantly when potential buyers and the market were in a much better situation. now there are cheap oil assets up for grab everywhere and desperate companies like this one trying to sell them so the prices are very low. there is just no logical way that they will get anywhere near the same price as the situation has totally changed. this is a major buyers market. No company is going to swoop in here and pay massively above the odds, this is straight forward economics. Ironic is a massive ramper, either deliberately or through ignorance and was touting a £2.30 possible sale price. if he then sold out at £0.26 did he really believe that? Sorry guys, its a fairytale as far as I see it
on the surface it sounds like a problem with the gear that might incur some sort of clause. however the MOD isn't very good at that sort of thing and may have to pay for the work. either way its very minor in the scale of the company. don't expect much affect on the share price and it seems today the market is non-plussed by it.
Its really sad to see this time and time again. these small fraudulent companies ripping off PI's using these boards and twitter etc. to mislead them and engage in the usual ramping and lying. There are voices of dissent both by people like sharephrophets and by people on these boards but they always get shouted down, told they are trolls and 'shorters' etc. blah blah blah. often by the very people who are the victims of the scams.
Lol, the price was never anywhere near 145 on Friday. it was there on Wednesday briefly. Anyway, I did plump for my first nervous trade after that post I made (separate to my longer term holding) and made 10% before selling today. if it dips again I will go bigger.
as confirmed in this RNS http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=PCI&ArticleCode=8vb0f7ah&ArticleHeadline=Results_of_AGM_and_Withdrawal_from_Scheme So don't let this convince you of evidence of a potential re-rate now. it is entirely unrelated.
the re-rate from 6p to 130p was a 25:1 share consolidation. not a re-rate. there has been no such re-rate event in the last 10 years https://www.google.co.uk/finance?q=LON%3APCI&ei=vD-iVsGyBI-UUKXXltAK
Well best of luck to you, great news if a big corporate returns so much value to hard hit PIs, I am all for that. I just don't think they would pay that much. big companies don't tend to do that. Advance and his type are just trying to make a quick buck of other PIs losses which really gets my goat. if he trades on the bump, fine, but shamelessly pumping it while he does so and misleading people is hugely unethical. luckily I think most people here recognise such a bad and blatant ramper so he probably doesn't make much difference. but yeah, great outcome if they do pay up. GL.
no idea if he is linked to anyone else. I am not sure what he is doing is illegal or even against the site rules. All he is doing is expressing his opinion and trading the shares. we all know he is totally lying, but you can prove it. banning his account will do nothing, he will just start another one. the only way to deal with him is to ignore him and his type. it will make his activities unprofitable. But yeah, that will never happen, the reality is that plenty of people will always be drawn into ramping and people like him probably do quite well out of it. the scumbag.
when he said 'Now I leave with you. I am holding until final news.' I GUARANTEE you that was the moment he had decided the ramp had topped out and sold his shares back. This was at 12.18, the price peak lasted from 12.08 to 12.42. Now he moves onto the next share, he just sits there watching the risers board, buys in as soon as he sees a surge, pumps it hard using the EXACT SAME MESSAGES ON EVERY BOARD, and then sells as soon as it levels off. when he disappears. What an absolute fukstain.
This guy is extremely useful, because you know that when he starts posting that the share is overvalued and when he stops posting you have maximum 1 hour to sell before it crashes. he is the least literate and most obvious ramper on this entire site. just look at his posting history, it is a litany of pumped and dumped stocks. the guy isn't even from the UK, his language is a classic example of self taught 2nd language rather than actually educated. he is just using shareholders here for a quick rip off profit. don't ignore him, use him as a sell signal!
Yeah if I had any visibility on what was going on I would be trading the swings but then I might get stuck either with more than I want if the price dives on leaked news or less than I want if the price starts going back to 200! As it is I am just sitting on my stake I bought at 165 and hoping it calms down.
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! up we go again, why? who knows! What will happen now? no idea!
my oh my, where has everyone gone? where are all the rampers? where are all those saying the share was headed for 100 within days? where are those saying the shorters were going to get burned? where are all those loudly denouncing anyone who dared say anything negative? All quiet on the western front. the troops must have been sent to a new rubbish share that needed ramping.
It makes no sense just superficially does it. shame, if I had made a policy of selling half at 180 and buying back at 160 I would be well up!. nvm. topping up now.
ugggh that's desperate. increasing his stake by a little over 1% to try and generate false confidence. although it has worked. increased the value of his shares by over £100K in theory! Shareholders should fall for this stuff. being played like violins.
