Patience lynny. I’ve been loading the boat in the last few weeks whilst the share price is been held by the seller. Once Fidelty are done, this will really move and agree with Tiger on a near term £2 target by the interims which are 5 weeks away.

Some investors prefer to wait for the share price to start climbing before jumping on board losing out 5,10 or 15% but I’d rather get in now and then enjoy the ride.

Really looking forward to the update on Monday. We should see some decent volume on Friday in anticipation and also on Monday too.

I don’t think it needs to break $30,000 Sotolo. There are ridiculous profits to be made if Rhodium prices stay around $20,000 for a long period of time.

I’ve no doubt that FIL are selling to 0% which is the reason for the stale share price. There are below 5% and think that next Monday’s update will be a catalyst (pun intended) for a sharp rise in volume to help flush them out.

Now back over $29,000 so the basket price is touching $4,200.

Rhodium has dropped back to the $25-26,000 mark and moved strongly off that. These prices could be here for a sustained period of time.

There have been some rounded chunky sells so likely an institutional investor (possibly Griffiths) but also good to see some bigger buys emerging. This is in very oversold territory and the seller must be nearly done. I give it until the end of April and the share price will be in double figures.

Thanks for the quarterly average numbers Tiger and what I find most interesting is that every metal at today’s price exceeds the average of the quarter
which bodes going into Q2 or Q3 in Tharisa’s financial calendar.

I’m going to add more next week in the ISA before the results on the 12th. I’d love for Fidelity to be gone by then but think they’ll be around still with only 5 trading days left. Hopefully the results will bring fresh eyes and the increased volumes will flush them out for good!

Scoredagainsteps - The discount was so heavy that it was very unlikely to drop to or below the placing price. This was at 150p 6 months ago so many long term holders will very much be in the red still but hopefully have averaged down here and will see some return.

The company took too long to decide and implement a strategy. They were sat back waiting for a partnership and they didn’t get one with the terms they wanted. Now they have selected a strategy and have secured the funding for it, this is a no brainier and very undervalued.

The volumes have really dropped in this last week, I’m guessing it’s due to the end of the tax year and people waiting for their ISA allowance from next Tuesday. Hopefully they will pick up again next week to allow Fidelity to sell down.

I saw a price target of £2 from BMO which Tharisa retweeted. I have to say I thought this was very conservative given then the numbers we are predicting in the quarterly update and the interims in May. £2.50-£3 seems achievable in the next 6 months.

Certainly needs a little bit of news flow to get things moving but very cheap at these levels and will move quick / gap up past 10p in a flash with the low market cap and float.

I think the management have royally messed things up with their indecisiveness over the last 6 months but it’s hard to overlook an FDA approved drug with £30 million in the bank to roll out it’s commercialisation strategy in the US. I have taken a position at 34p.

This was valued at £150-200 million post FDA approval with little cash in the bank so it at least needs to double the current share price to get back to that. I’m expecting £1 in the next 12 months providing the BoD don’t screw this up. It would be like missing a penalty kick when the goalkeeper has nipped to the toilet.

500k gone through live just before close. Think we have another week of this background seller and then it will run into the update 12th.

There is a perfect recipe for PGMs to stay elevated at these prices for quite sometime.

Expect it will be quiet in small caps until Tuesday 6th April when the new tax year starts. This week has been eerily quiet. Agreed that nothing is priced in. Happy to accumulate more if this drags any further.

More eyes on the company.

Tharisa tweeted that the basket price was $4027. At spot prices from this morning it is now over $4200. Tiger said that the AISC is around $1000 per ounce.

The average basket price in the third calendar quarter of 2020 was around $2000 per oz and this was profitable. The average basket price for this quarter will sit around $3400 per oz so the difference is $1400 per oz. Apart from additional costs from smelting royalties and tax, this should flow through to the bottom line.

Expect some big delayed prints from today. Rhodium @ $29800 now. A comfortable $4000 basket now.

*why would anyone in their right mind

I personally find the behaviour of retail investors quite bizarre at times. A significant number of retail are attracted to the most speculative and riskiest of stocks which have no revenue and are years from production yet show no interest in highly profitable dividend payers like Tharisa which in my opinion is low risk and still offers significant upside of 150-200% in the next 18 months.

An example would be comparing the valuation of THS and EUA. Would in there right mind would invest into EUA now at £800 million over THS at £400 million?
