It’s getting to that point where the shorts must be looking at closing from a risk-reward perspective. Helikon been here for 2 years+ and made plenty back when the SP was multiples of cash in the bank and pittance revenue. MC is now a shade over cash in the bank and orders are emerging albeit slower than most anticipated.

The broker note indicates an that a successful LYT-100 result will be worth 120p to the SP. That would be 300p for starters. Some finger in the wind figures below on the IPO of Seaport but it will provide an accurate valuation on our stake. Another fundraise would dilute us to around 25% but I'd estimate $1.5 billion+ on the IPO so that alone would almost cover the current market cap.

Abbvie paid $9 billion for it last year. That’s painful. Analysts will be revising Cobenfy revenues up significantly as Emraclidine was seen as the upcoming emerging rival.

Dallo - Abbvie drug emraclidine failed two trials in schizophrenia. It was seen as a big rival to Cobenfy so big news for our royalties. Bristol up over 10% pre market.

Two presentations coming up, one this week and one next week. The CEO needs to be more proactive moving forward. The discount to NAV is massive and the SP is stagnant. This model simply not delivering value to shareholders

That’s a UT and not a buy. The trading volume has increased though. Trial data is usually very tightly sealed. Massively undervalued regardless of LYT-100. It’s just dull to watch the stagnation.

Daphne has stated that Seaport will IPO. I’m guessing this will be done within the next year. Yet another success for PureTech. Gallop could follow with a spin out following P1b data soon albeit on a smaller scale.

Seriously makes you wonder what will move the SP to a fair valuation. Is the UK the correct primary listing or should they just be listed on the NASDAQ.

The Seaport financing is huge news given the % PureTech have and should warrant a considerable uplift in the share price.

The NAV to MC gap has grown once again. Has to rerate soon!

The share register continues to improve and surely there will be pension funds following in at the end of the year and into early 2025 when ONT is included in the FTSE250.

I’m no expert in this area but all I’m reading online from Nanopore users are the vast improvements and functionalities of the technology with every update and product.

I'm expecting interest from the big players towards Christmas or early 25. Now the LAT shares are expired, there should be plenty of activity. The question is whether it will be before or after admission to the main market listing.

I saw two separate £1m trades yesterday between 4-4.15pm at 394p which was 3.5% over the offer. That indicated more shorts were bought back. These will come down in no time. Hopefully surprising news will provide a squeeze otherwise it will be a quiet orderly exit.

It has three years of cash runway as of end of year. Milestone payments will come through for Cobenfy so I see no need to raise for a very minimum of two years. By that point, Gallop, Seaport and Vedanta could be floated so Puretech have options to divest stock.

Puretech is simply unloved , unpopular but also very undervalued.

First payments on the way. $29 million is a good start and more will soon follow with a rollout from end of October. The question is whether Puretech roll up the remaining milestones and sales into a deal for a one off payment.

The share price is touching the year low from last December just prior to the Karuna buyout. In two days, the FDA will notify on their decision and it is expected that KAR-XT will be approved. An approval should help to lift Puretech as it will bring in some royalty payments but the next and very near term catalyst is LYT-100 Phase 2b results which are due in Q4. Success in that would lead to a major rerate. I would expect a 50% uplift if the data demonstrates the superiority over Pirfenidone.

Looks like an orchestrated short to allow for II to build a stake on the cheap. Double bottom at 140p on the charts so it’s practically there.

Other than technical analysis, the SP is just wrong based on cash + milestones + investments.

CFO buys around £15,000 of stock. Let’s see if the CEO wants a big chunk.

Very impressive. He clearly understands the operations and shows confidence in improving the inefficiencies prior to his arrival. Let's see if he buys more shares now like he did on arrival in July.

He is playing his own book and talking for a cheap entry. This is a guy who has bought millions in FXPO but Serica is too risky for him at current prices?

Just seems to get knocked down so it can be taken out cheaper. This time last year when the interims were announced, the SP was over 250p. I know the macro for oil and the tax regime is looking bleaker but it isn't worthy of such a punishing drop.

It looks like Mercuria will be putting in a cash offer in the coming weeks for a bargain. 160-170p maybe? It will make sense for their coffers in three years time. A big M&A deal overseas would save this scenario from happening but I had expected that would have happened already. Maybe management are waiting for the autumn budget and will decide whether it is UK based or overseas for an acquisition. That could be too late though.
