It’s appalling Daz. The cash is worth 111p per share. That leaves 40p per share or £100 million for everything else which includes over a 33% stake of Seaport and Vedanta, a P3 ready drug in LYT100 and the $400 million royalties and 2% of royalties of Cobenfy.

Something has to be done by the board to unlock this value for shareholders in 2025 otherwise it will be snapped up on the very cheap end of the valuation.

From the interview, they are pitching LYT-100 as primarily more efficacious than current IPF drugs and taking it forward to P3.

Agreed on the vulnerability of a takeover dallo. Potential suitors may have waited for the LYT-100 results to determine values. The problem is 250-280p could probably do it and that is pittance.

The company tend to release an update or recap RNS around this time, last year on the 20th December, so I wonder if we’ll have a strategy update in the coming days pre Christmas break.

Indeed dallo. I thought a year ago the SP would be closer to 400p with KAR-XT approval, successful LYT-100 and Seaport spinning out. Yet the SP is languishing within touching distance of an all time low.

UK markets and biotech just doesn’t work. PureTech will abandon the UK soon. They don’t have much liquidity on the US listing currently so they buy on the UK market with the 0.5% stamp duty on. Move the listing and a fairer valuation will show through.

Should be hitting 250p on the 2B results! Mute as always with PureTech.

Excellent results and will likely see a Ph3 in late 25. Opens up a huge market and PureTech could derisk with a partner if they wish to do so or have the cash to run the course themselves.

I find it bizarre that people are on a specific forum to talk down a stock that they aren’t invested in. I would assume it’s a case of wanting the cheapest entry or to maximise their short position return.

I don’t mind hearing the bear case of an argument but it’s rarely constructive.

Hopefully we see an order ahead of interims.

Good result on LYT-200 but P1’s are tick box exercises for safety and tolerability. The big news is LYT-100 and the P2 readout. That’s got to be this week or next week. Analysts have predicted it is worth up to £1.20 on the SP if successful.

Meanwhile Plug up nearly 10%. ITM will run but clearly today isn’t the day. I think they are close to announcing some more deals and that will be the catalyst.

It’s an underwhelming reaction from the markets but the company are in a great place ready to capitalise. Contracts and FIDs will motor the share price.

No nasties in there and showing cash position to be ahead again. £203 million at October end is £200 million now so an EV of £12 million and possibly year end EV of £30 million at this price.

Agreed Jeff. The personnel are right for developing in Germany alongside the big players. Hopefully some reservations in the near term to show that revenues can scale at a good pace and the market will quickly reverse for ITM.

It’s looking likely that Germany will be the leading market for ITM and that’s great given they are spending the most money globally on hydrogen infrastructure.

Anyone know the new broker target? Don’t understand why they do it before a trading update.
