My email to Russell
Good morning Russell
I hope this email finds you well.
As a long term supporter/ shareholder of Ferrex/Keras, I am emailing you to ask if it is possible to update shareholders on the current status of the Exploitation license in Togo.
As far as I am aware, the license was to be issued as soon as Keras amended some paperwork which was to be completed before the end of 2019. This in turn would allow production to start Q1 2020.
We are now four weeks into Q2 with no clear information as to whether the paperwork amendments have been completed or if the license is genuinely forthcoming. Understandably, the election and covid 19 situations may have held things up but the election was a known factor when shareholders were told production would start Q1 this year.
The fundraising earlier this year was, in part, for the purpose of ordering equipment to ramp up production. Has this equipment been ordered?
I’m sure you understand that missed deadlines for whatever reason and lack of clear information only serves to alienate shareholders and sow seeds of doubt.
May I suggest an interview or podcast as has been done on previous occasions, as a means of reconnecting with shareholders.
Yours sincerely

Thanks for your email and I hope you and your family are healthy and safe.
Your comments are noted and I understand and share your frustration.
The President was finally inaugurated yesterday which is a positive - we will be putting an update out as soon as we can.
Much appreciated.
Best
Russell
