I’ve heard that mentioned before somewhere...hmmmm

Dave mentioned it in an interview at a mining conference and in my mind , it would be easier to raise 35 million if there were a lower number in issue...just my opinion though..

Haven't Cai have indicated in a previous announcement that the funding for the mine could be made up of 35% from equity.
My guess is there will be a consolidation first..

Opened a sipp the other day then sent a secure message to ask about transferring calidus shares from hl sipp...

I will give them a call next week as my message differs from what others are told...

Have just checked their message again. Can’t copy and paste..
It says minimum value for transfer of Australian stock is £10k...

Won’t accept calidus transfer unless it’s over £10k...

That was for a sipp...isa might be different...

I just got one....

From HL asked if I can have my calidus shares transferred to a broker of my choice instead of HSBC.

Thank you for your email. This is possible to do yes. If you can get in contact with your broker of choice and tell them that you wish to transfer your Calidus Resources Ltd shares from Hargreaves Lansdown to them, they should initiate an instruction to us which we will be able to match. There are now no exit fees associated with this transfer too.

I emailed yesterday to ask if they would transfer the calidus shares to a broker of my choosing instead of HSBC because of the charges.. no response yet.

I'm guessing hl may either review their policy on trading asx stock or allow delayed trading..ie emailing an instruction uk time to be executed when asx opens...just a guess...

Will be interesting to see if there is much buying interest over the next number of weeks, although a record date of circa 19th Nov gives a lot of time to get in for the distribution.

Robsky, how the hell are you buddy.... haven’t seen you post for quite a while....

Only just looked in...so the in specie distribution is on with none held back for working capital...has to be good for long term holders... expecting a drop after 19th Nov unless togo comes good.. I do believe it will but when is the question, especially when relying on government ministers.....
Any one else wishing they could have got more when they were .35p???.
