I thought Keras could be classed as an international organisation and seeing we are giving the government a10% ((donation), I was optimistic it might help things move in the right direction for us.
Just don’t want Togo to be a Red herring. :-)

Prime Minister Victoire Tomégah-Dogbé on Friday presented the government roadmap to technical and financial partners.

These are international organizations, countries and development banks that allow Togo to obtain loans and / or donations.

This roadmap covers the period 2020-2025, the term of office of President Faure Gnassingbé. It is linked to the National Development Plan (PND).

The government's goal is to work on a reduced number of high impact integrated projects and strategic reforms to better target, measure, monitor and report. In other words, no dispersion.

A decision taken following the health crisis which upset the initial plans.

'The government has made strengthening cooperation with its partners a priority. It is in this context that we want to work together with you to develop new partnerships that are even more efficient while respecting the principles of ownership, alignment, results-based management, transparency and mutual accountability ', declared Mrs. Tomégah-Dogbé

Partners who are already very active. Between 2008 and 2019, their contribution increased from approximately $ 243.37 million to over $ 511.95 million.

Application for admission of the Tranche 2 Placing Shares and the Advisor Shares to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Second Admission') is expected to be made immediately on the passing of the required resolutions. Following the Second Admission there will be 6,283,573,068 Ordinary Shares in issue, and an announcement will be made in due course.
