New company will be listed on the full London stock market.. Therefore Antos warrants come into play.

Tiziana announced that StemPrintER is superior tod current market leader oncotype DX very recently, but up until then they had been doing clinical trials and research as far back as March 2019. So over a year to get it to the stage it is at now.

Now surely anyone.. Like Allan Syms... Would have an idea about this sort of thing? Well yes.. Given this little pearl I've just found...

So he's been involved in the UK and USA.. Also has a degree in bio chemistry and a PhD in Cancer Research...set up a lab in Oxford studying metastatis..

This could suggest a nasdaq listing for the new company.. Something we could assist with, given that have suggested moving away from AIM

A question for anyone that fancies explaining -

If we assume we are to RTO Couer.. The previous attempted RTO but Dragon Group valued the shell at 10% of the parent company.. If we use these sort of metrics as an example.. What exactly is taken into consideration when gauging a 10/90 split?

Even then, at 10% of Coeurs value (based on last year's figures) we have Bould valued at £21.9 million. Whether BOU would be valued at more or less than 10% is anyone's guess... Would you then expect a 90% dilution (and then presumably consolidation?)

If all that is correct by my reasoning, from current levels, a 21.9 million valuation would result in a Mcap increase by the factor of 7.68?

So I would expect my holding of 30 million shares to be consolidated to 3 million (at a guess of 10:1), and the share price to be approx 0.18 (on the basis of there being 10x more shares in issue?

That's just my rough calculation anyway - but if that's something like the general gist of things... Then a 7/8x return from current levels I'd be absolutely beaming.

I am also of the belief that Coeur is the target here - I actually believe that the health care sector was a red herring and that, maybe, just maybe, timescale has been the only thing holding back Coeur.

Coeur have had two failed RTO's. Little coincidence that they got AG on board as a director in 2018, who then became major shareholder of PSL not long after.

Ask yourself this - if Couer is not the target.. Why the hell not!?

Had a quick look at cannaray - why do some users think it it's unlikely? Based on the size of the company? They look like a growing, scaleable company who need a stock market listing?

Back to normality - interested to see what everyone initial hopes are..

When the company RTO's (provided it does), what does everyone HOPE is the SP? At this stage, I'd probably be happy at 0.06 and I'd probably cash out at this stage. That is a fair way short of what my aspirations were a few months ago, but my wings have been clipped lately. I know everything depends on the size/aspirations of the parent company, but I'm interested to know what everyones "cash out" threshold would be. I guess many would de-risk and let it run, but I'd be more than happy with 2.5x current SP.

Just so I'm clear here.. A few questions I've come up with..

A) We can no longer be dilated by placings or open offers.. The amount of shares in issue is now locked in?
B) AG is now secured - he can't sell out at this stage and leave the party?
C) Future market cap will be determined by MMs on the basis of the revenues/cash balance/future potential of the company - at this point, market sentiment would make the SP increase or decrease?

More buys than sells. That does surprise me! Here we go!

I think we'll get an RNS stating suspension and proposed RTO. I remember another stock doing something similar.

As has been said before - looks as if many people have taken their positions, derisked or added more.
I expect tomorrow to be a little more hectic, but looks as if most are here for suspension and beyond, myself inclusive!

Friday looks like its going to be volatile. To be honest, I expected more downwards movement this week - but glad that it hasn't (not that it matters much to me).

Has anyone established a link between Maya and Antos? Are we assuming she's bloodline on the basis of surname, or do we have factual evidence?

Looks a fair shout if there is a link - can anyone determine current market value of Kassi? Looks to be a punt for the future rather than immediate returns..

Nothing too significant in that RNS, but as a few have pointed out, it looks as if the remit is unchanged.

Would have preferred news "imminent" rather than "soon" but hey ho!

Just for clarity - if we have no announcement about a proposed RTO, the company does not get an extra 6 months? This RNS can come at any time up until Monday 7th before market open?

Still holding here myself - the frustration now has almost turned into presumption.. I used go through the days with a real level of excitement waiting for that red dot to appear - I thought last week was it (when we got the change of address RNS).. but it wasn't to be!

As others have commented repeatedly - nothing has changed here.. however the risk is increasing, and the reward is the same as it was many months ago.

I wish I had more knowledge of AIM and related industries - a large part of me feels like the BOD are sat on the RTO document and waiting until the last day/hour to release the RNS. I have no idea why they'd do this, but surely the work is done? There will be a mass sell-off next week without news, and I don't see and equivalent amount of buyers with hours until suspension. I can't think of any benefit to the BoD if the share price collapses to 0.01 (for example) before they release the RNS - frankly, I don't think they're arsed either way - which is worrying!

Nothings changed for me anyway - RTO or bust!
