I'm with XO and so I haven't voted. I only have a small holding (feeble excuse I know).. They charge £20+ VAT and need my instructions one week before the AGM date, so I've missed the boat.

I'm deflated this morning.

Cerrone was very clear when he said that they will be doing a standalone IPO. Or least he said that was the "current plan". I can't see how an RTO now would work.. But stranger things have happened.

A few posters here may well be right - TILS have become too big of a monster for BOU to be able to deal with. I don't really see how they can IPO Accustem... Its not currently generating any revenue or profit.. And I thought that was a prerequisite for an IPO?

But as others have said... That's as much as we've got for now. I don't think I'll be wasting more time/effort researching any further.. Just a case of waiting it out and seeing what happens.

Midatech is a tenable link but the rns says they're in early discussions with interested parties.

Our most recent update from Tim Metcalfe suggests we're some way further down the line.
