He's cashed in some of his holding.. Presumably around 3/4x his investment... Its called top slicing and protection of capital.

He still retains a reasonable amount of stock in PVR.

It was the Chinese firm APEC that pulled out that deal.

I'm not saying it can't happen again, but you would THINK PVR and LOGP will have completed a bit more due diligence this time around.

On a 4:1 split, I guess we know that both shares should rise by a similar amount, but as I've recently mentioned, LOGP is now looking slightly overvalued vs PVR... (this was weighted the other way up until yesterday).. PVR now represents the buy IMO (provided both shares open at the same price they closed at on Friday)

The terms of the farmout will be very interesting. I think a 50% stake (or maybe 51%) will be a real success here given the amount of companies involved in the project:

PVR own 40% of Barryroe, LOGP own 10% so both shares should react in a similar fashion on positive news.

Be interesting to see how both shares react. LOGP may atract more buyers due to having a smaller mcap and therefore should move quicker.

Recommended for Fridays hearing to to approve the Loxley project.

Back around July this year I tried to do a lot of digging into directors and connections between BOU and TILS (feel free to have a look at my posting history around this time if you're bored!)

Shailubhai Kunwar said that the listing would be completed by November. Now that suggestion is Q4. Like I've said before, I can't understand how we could possibly be involved in the listing of Accustem, as the suggestion was a 1 for 1 share entitlement at record date. To my mind, that means Accustem must have the same amount of shares in issue as TILS did at record date, so I can't understand how our BOU holdings would count for anything.

Looking back, it's interesting to see that both Tiziana and Okyo Pharma were both RTOs, into Alexander David Investments Ltd and West African Minerals Ltd

Let's say our target is Accustem. TILS holders have been told that it's a 1:1 share bonus. How could that work with a cash shell?

You have x amount of shares holders in BOU (totalling around £3m ish), and you want to issue shares for every TILS holder. Surely it is impossible for TILS holders to get 1:1 without being diluted to the tune of £3m? And if they list at, let's say £30m mcap, clearly the holders wouldn't be happy with a 10% dilution before theyve even started?
