Well, the placing at 20p a share makes this equivalent to 0.010.. You can currently buy for 0.01106 so you're just over placing price once you factor in 200:1 consolidation.

Recurring revenue $570k year ending 2017, $1.92m year ending 2019, and as at end of September this year, that figure is already $2.5m.

The placing raises 3.2m so the operation is fully funded going forwards. The cyber crime prevention/protection industry is growing approx 20% YOY.

For me this is massively, massively oversold.

During the mad rises of the last few weeks I realised id missed an opportunity, and bemoaned my bad luck. But the last two days have presented me with an opportunity to buy in at frankly ridiculous prices of 1.4 and 1.1

I agree the BOD need to provide an update as the market never likes silence, especially magnified this week with the vaccine news.

I see this as a 4/6 week hold (and maybe beyond), my target to protect capital is 3.5p

A company out there have commercialised their high sensitivity, fast RNA covid saliva test which is now available to buy through their website. This was done yesterday (8th) and is the first piece of news listed on the website in 16 months.

This company also hold a patent for a diagnostic that is used to detect a specific form of cancer that is currently clinically difficult to test... A form of cancer that requires early detection to ensure a high survival rate.

Who knows :)

Personally I think we could start to reverse the trend here this week. Lockdown and elections won't help, but I see us at 8/9p by friday which would mark some level of success

I was originally very interested in the (then) feasible idea of an RTO into Accustem - there are several tenable links between Syms and Tiziana.. None of which I'll bother to drag up again in fear of covering old ground.

A recent document published by TILS did seem to suggest that there was no confirmation that an IPO was certain.. But that's now the faint bit of hope we all cling to.

I don't know how BOU could reverse into Accustem - TILS holders get 1 for 1 in Accustem, so I'm unsure how we would fit into the new capital structure of the newco.

One thing is for sure... As unlikely as a Accustem RTO is.. It would be absolutely lovely given the turmoil these last 6 months have brought to my portfolio.

It would certainly be Syms biggest entrepreneurial accomplishment if he was to pull it off.
