Scooters.
Can you tell me what evidence you have that madden is in any way a white knight in all this, as this seems to be your suggestion?
The POX unit is, as I see it, a drain, with an uncertain finish date, eating up vast funds at a time when they could well be short (otherwise why borrow (on undisclosed terms) to complete it) for a return which is suspect and compared to the gold price uplift, quite minor. This action also makes CORE less attractive to other large potential investors as all they see is a drain on finance.
Against these conditions funds could possibly be raised on better terms, but that is in no way looked into it seems.
Any lies or misinformation from IR has no effect on any of these factors.
If regulation in Kaz is of no use who suffers and who benefits as a result, it is no accident that this position is maintained ?
I'd not like to see the CEO gone as who would he be replaced by, no doubt a madden robot, (which would also give the game away).
Madden may be the largest single shareholder but are they the majority? I thought that they were only 25%. (Though due to company unwillingness to register shareholders, who knows). But again, who benefits from this?
If you are saying that madden has had no influence in the inability of others to buy shares at this silly low price via Woods or others, I don't see it, after all they are the group trying to increase their position and in my mind hamstring the company to them and them alone via other methods.
In my view it is madden who are controlling the position on the Kaz exchange, in an effort to reduce finance options to the company and keep the price down.
"Maaden scooping up the company for nothing? Explain how the mechanics works."
Just look up what happened to POG, it's that simple.
