Interesting that a so called comic leader is helping to put up so good a fight against a much larger country, which it seems thinks it acceptable to send nearly one million of her young men to be killed, and for, "who knows what". Maybe if you were a good patriotic citizen you would focus of them and their families, facing such terrible losses, rather than blathering jingoistic nonsense you spout week after week for your masters.

Sign1, maybe because you are quite new here (and possibly to how message boards work) but this is called "freedom of speech", it is, as I understand it the whole point of message boards and their users. You also seem to be accusing people (with no evidence what so ever) of both working for the company as well as trying to embarrass it, are those not opposites? Your views are “you say” unshakeable, well that’s very easy for you as there is then no need for you to accept other information or in fact reality, but remember, that does not make you right.

I can only speak for myself, but I am a medium scale private shareholder, I have no connection with the company and have never used or seen the telegram group, I only have one name and only use it here. I have contacted Poly/Core investor relations a couple of times and posted full copies for all to see. Their responses have been exemplary, as far as they have gone. This though in NO WAY impacts the running of the company it seems, (nor would I expect it to).

This present mode of company operation is in my view (and possibly that of others too) working against the best interests of retail shareholders for reasons I have previously posted. I would have wished to know what Maaden’s buy in price was, it is quite normal for this information to be made public, so why has it not in this case? If Maaden wish to purchase more shares, why not at that price? I would seriously entertain that.

Now, please be good enough to reply in full as to your standing within the company of Poly/Core as it is you who in my view seem to be pushing a secret line. To ignorantly insult others inferring that they are working for anybody, or to a certain end is unhelpful and flawed. Your confusion proposing both that people are working for and against the company is odd to say the least. So enlighten us all as to your Poly/core holding (mine is 41,500) and your aims in using this board.

When you have done this, maybe others will take you more seriously than they do now.

I don't think that this is or would be the normal take over situation. I think Maaden is just building a bigger position at the lowest cost possible, this is why the small increases in price are always followed by similar drops. I think that Maaden's aim is to take Poly/Core private.

The fact that we are on a jellybean stock exchange, that voting does not take place, that large capital expenditure is still happening (watering down or using up all profits), that no borrowing to support that expenditure is happening (which could shorten the POX build out timeframe), that no dividends will be paid and that any move to a major exchange is being (in my view, needlessly delayed) all goes to help them in that aim.

I am unsure as to what the rules are on the AIX regarding max holding before any offer submission, but unless a white knight appears, I don't (ATM) see any need for them to rush, (unfortunately for us smaller shareholders).

As I have said before, the fact that the buyout price of their original stock purchase was/is kept secret to me infers that it was higher than the subsequent price, and much higher than the price as it is now.

This to me is a battle of attrition, Maaden is wearing people down so as to get them to accept a low offer when /if it is finally made because people will just be happy to be shot of the whole thing.

It’s a really negative view I know, but I have seen nothing happening to counter it.

For someone who says that they have no interest in Ukraine or President Zelensky you really do post a lot about them. My advice, just post about the things that you are interested in. You are very happy to tell others not to post about irrelevance, have you ever considdered taking your own advice? Or are your dictator like leanings oblivious to that simple fact?

Personally I'm happy that they are observing the idea of shareholder voting, this seems to have been parked in the case of some companies.

You may or may not know that the US is self-supporting in oil. Some grades are exported and some imported due to the different types. Overall they are self-sufficient. It’s thought that the U.S. has been using this to keep world prices down. OPEC does not like this.

I once had my poly shares in an ISA, but as many here found, they had to be removed, (some were lucky enough to have theirs still in their ISA's I am not). So I have registered mine on Taby's. Are you (and others) saying that even though you have tried what's been suggested below by Mr Monakhov,

That it is still not possible to take part on company votes?

If that is the case, have people sent communications to him to that effect? What were the results ?

In the first 2 cases you can exercise your vote by either contacting Registrar by Tabys app or through your personal account on AIXR. In the second case, your broker should provide you with the vote agenda and proxy form. In case your broker has not done so, please send us a message and we will make sure the broker does its job or download the copy of a proxy form, fill it out and send it to the broker cc’ing Registrar as well.

I believe that it is the company managements continued aim and policy, as it has always been to enact the wishes of shareholders in the most representative ways possible. To that end do you and the company see any ways that this situation can be accounted for when votes are required?

I am sure that many shareholders have robust and informed views that they would be most happy to see voiced.
