Just don't expect any insightful answers.
Silence is NOT golden. The BOD continue to show total disdain for shareholders as they continue to take a slice while not updating on progress on ANY of the 'assets' or financing the future well being of this company. I am resigned to losing the little I have left here but frustrated and angry at their total callous disdain for us PI's.
.... but you still top-sliced? Not a criticism but a little surprising assuming red dot = good news.
As an aside, any view as to when we might get our reward for the SBTX spin-off? Would like to get an allocation prior to top-slicing (again!).
Another mouth to feed.
Nice premium. Oh hang on, want it 15p at the start of the week. Wicked discount and a cheap way for Solenta to gain control. Ouch.
As expected these results suggest the company is well and truly f***ed. Unless Mtfb or Polarean substantially increase their SP's there is little that can be done. An expensive flop. Invest with caution as even at these depths it is a binary punt at best.
He's been pumping UKOG on the ALBA BB too - I'm not invested there but was looking at various HH companies to see what was going on with them.
Cheers Frankie. Average is .81p. Always tempting to average down but think I have enough in here cost wise unless genuine signs of things being turned around.
I thought I would e-mail Kiran for some answers (previous two attempts ignored):
Hello Kiran
This is my third attempt to get some answers from you to help me understand why KDNC is in such a dreadful state despite being in the hottest investment area around? My two previous polite requests have been ignored and the SP has continued to dive, expenditure continued to increase, value of Sonora holdings plummet.
Please explain why we have completely messed up the Sonora opportunity, lost any influence with Bacanora and been completely sidelined in the JV's?
Please explain why we have decided to back an early stage 'opportunity' in Argentina whilst singularly failing to capitalise on investments that we currently have or benefitting long-suffering shareholders?
Please explain why you feel the loyal (but seriously peed off) long-suffering shareholders should be further diluted (no doubt at a ridiculous discount for mates) whilst you and your fellow BOD members put a paltry £1,000pm into buying shares?
It really would help to understand if there is any strategy in place to realise a sensible level of profit for shareholders rather than just for the BOD. There doesn't appear to be and the market certainly doesn't believe what has been stated as 'strategy' to date. History is clear. The last 4 years have been a complete disaster and the fall out with BCN has destroyed any hope of leading the Lithium charge. EMH is out of our control with the shenanigans of the Czech government but Hastings and Auroch appear to add nothing to the SP.
So, what ARE YOU going to doing about it? Are you going to let this company be taken out at a ridiculous price, sell the assets and close down, realise ANY profits and distribute them to the shareholders? Anything at all? Or just twiddle your thumbs, fiddle while KDNC burns, take your remuneration and options and freebies? OR, will you surprise us all and actually bring life back to the company and the SP and make us all happy. No longer dreaming of 25p or more but 5p would suffice to get me out with decent profit for all the grief and time held, never to invest again in a company tainted by the Lenigas Crew.
Regards and respectfully hoping you will respond.
I doubt he will respond and likely just platitudes if he does. We (I) do need answers and sooner rather than later. Of course, I only have 1.5m shares so small beer to many but got it off my chest anyway!
You asked the question and AJB and myself answered it. It isn't a surprise but the huge discounted SP and the lack of progress and clarity are a concern. Concerns will dissipate on clarity and solid progress.
Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer of Zenith, commented: "The proceeds of the fundraising will be used almost entirely for our operational development, which remains our strategic focus given the scale of our asset in Azerbaijan. We have sought to keep the amount raised to the minimum necessary in order to mitigate the effects of dilution and enable the Company to raise more capital to support Zenith's growth at a later date with far more favourable valuations of its stock on the back of the strong operational results we are hoping to achieve. Our current share price presents a highly attractive investment case on the basis of our existing production, our 2P reserves of 31.7 million barrels of oil in Azerbaijan, and the near-term completion of our operations in the potentially prolific Zardab field." Further placing(s) to come when they run out of money. Hopefully some progress will have been made and the SP recovered to nearer 8-10p by then. Time for AC to get this moving as all the promises have come to nothing so far. No more excuses, time to deliver and soon.
Would love to sell but no point at this SP. Shockingly poor company with no PR and little to get excited about. How much effect will MTFB have on the SP when it does get going? What about the other spin-offs? How is the lawsuit going? What about our huge debt levels? I have invested in both but put too much in here and too little in MTFB. Hoping to get something from this in time but one for the bottom drawer. A punt at this price for new investors but that is all.
Fj40 - they cannot affect the SP by having this meeting. In fact, they may be able to steer the BOD to understand PI's feelings around this shambles of a company and how it has been run. Whether they can influence things to any great extent is moot but if the outcome of the meeting is unsatisfactory then I would expect the call for an EGM to be loud and to be organised. BD - please just assure him that a full report will be given of the meeting (even if not full minutes) to all shareholders (or rather all who read this BB!!) and end this endless, facile argument that appears to be more about personalities and stubbornness.
Reads like a deramp to me
Except that when both have done well in SP terms it has had no positive impact on the KDNC SP. I hold and will continue to do so - now more in hope than expectation that something will go right here. Thankfully I have time if not patience!
Well done for getting my post removed though! You troll this board incessantly and nowt gets done but one word and boosh.
All the informed and interested investors have been swamped on this BB by the traders, opportunists and shorters. The final result us now less certain and further away so now we are infested by personal attacks and drivel. Come on IMM lets get this back on track and catch people out.
Well I guess that's nice to know but a week or so ago you implied that was where I was heading for a balanced an innocuous comment. Maybe you changed your mind. Personally I really want this to come good, I just doubt the BOD are up to it. Dreams of 10-25p seem a distant memory. Now people seem to be content with 2p. I guess from here that would be good but not from where many have their average.
48 on the filter list! That includes me for an innocuous comment. If ever there was an investor suffering from confirmation bias it is jimb2. Totally nuts way to invest and exist. Listen to the positives and the negatives and try to work out which is nearer the truth. Attempt to see the bigger picture and trust your own judgement. Do as much or little DD as you care to. That way you have no-one other than yourself to blame. It would help though if BOD's were more honest in their dealings with PI's - not just here but across AIM.
See 22nd Dec RNS re loan drawdown and March RNS on Promissory Notes. Both due to be paid by 31st Dec 2018 but bearing in mind the loss recoded in the Final Report in June 2017 was $3.3m one wonders how this will be possible unless they manage to take profit on MTFB and/or POLX. The directors are owed money but not sure what terms and if payable by the IPO'd companies. All a bit murky. Decent looking assets and potential at this price but for long-suffering holders a long way to go before the company and BOD redeem themselves.
