Except ignoring has been a bad option so far. The reality is KC and EMH are fully at the whim and timescales of CEZ and therefore we just have to assume they will deliver the DFS and the grants and funding will follow. I have no doubts it will happen but I do have doubts as to whether EMH and more importantly me as a shareholder will benefit.

Agreed that the discount level is good. The prospects are also good. However, it is time for AC to actually deliver some value for shareholders rather than more potential.

I do care if the DFS is delayed further to end Q1 as it would be just the latest in a long line of delays. Rather I would like the declared date to be met and see a quick progression to next steps with the pieces falling into place as outlined.

We know a vague timeline, greater substance would be great albeit maybe a risk of another missed deadline. Also if DD is going to take until end Q1 then a deal will take until end Q2 so will not be great for the SP or the sanity of this board with its constant back and forth bickering.

Here's hoping we get an announcement pre end of year and deal by end Q1.

If Tim would announce a timeframe for steps 1-3 then I'm sure that would calm some nerves.

The deal will come but having some idea of when would be nice.

Happy - to some extent yes but reality is that DL, KM and PS have all had their snouts in the trough and have been culpable of misleading PIs and messing up nearly all investments and projects. To state otherwise is simply wrong.

So rather review has decided they need to shaft PIs with an over 50% discounted fundraise (oversubscribed but not offered to existing shareholders!) and hold a carrot saying we see a way forward.

Announced in August. Updated with broadening of review in September followed by brief mention end of September when 6 month results were announced. A further 6 weeks on where are we? Really could do with this being brought to a conclusion by end of November to set us up for 2026 hopefully with renewed hope and prospects of some forward movement and a boosted share price.

But Skelly is right and GM is talking BS. There currently is no DFS and no grant money if EIA isn't completed in time.

I expect they will be but for now they are simply not true statements.

Been patient for years but wondering when we will see some commercialisation to merit this. The lack of comments on this BB over the last few months shows few have hope of any major step forward any time soon.

What time frame are we looking at? 6 months, 1 year, 3 years?

Has this died or are we just being ignored by the BOD and the market doesn't care? Death by a thousand cuts.

It is time we were updated on this and received the money. The solar stuff is 12 to 18 months away so adds only hope not revenue.

We need progress to be seen and AC to be open and honest on timeframes

Well I've e-mailed KC for the first time in 18 months Having never previously received a response I doubt I will get one this time either. I did ask whether another failed deadline would see him fall on his sword though.

Think we need to see some movement in actually getting some of the award monies in to Zen. 1st claim won but no sign of payment. Congo should be soon but again then we need the money in. Get these small claims in and there will be a much more positive feel about the big claims and chances of actually seeing the money. All the solar stuff is 12-18 months off so does nothing for the SP.

Need the outcome of the review NOW with clear and defined action points including reduction in costs, confirmation of sales goals and how and when, clarity over the position of the 2 new products and maybe news of a buyout but can't see who or why!

Well, it definitely looks like I am wrong and the SP increase has something about it and more importantly (going forwards) that the market believes KM and the KDNC BOD that this time they will deliver. I truly hope so as I have a high average. Thankfully several of my stocks are enjoying decent rises at the moment.

Will look to average down further but well done to all those new in and those LTH's that have had the spare cash and the cojones to do so.

Do the fundamentals include the useless/horrendous track record of the BOD who consistently turn brass into muck? Do they include the need to raise funds and the constant dilution?

To the newbies- read the last few RNS to see what is coming.

Hopefully this time us different. Maybe this time they will get it right. For LTHs we can only hope.
