See what you mean, oh well hopefully we may possibly see some poly being transported by road late 2021/at some point in 2022. Obviously some major hurdles to get over before the mine is even open such as the stage 2 finance which hopefully we will all know more about within the next few weeks.

OK, I stand corrected on that point, my understanding is that mine opening and the start of poly being shipped out is as things stand due for 2021, lets hope that the build can be expedited so that the red ribbon cutting takes place at some point in 2020. Fingers crossed.

First production as in the poly being shipped out to customers, 2021 as things stand then full production as in 20 bill tons should be 2024 as things stand?

Iv'e already predicted what I think the sp will be at the end of this year, not sure if you are trying to get in cheaper or what but you need to chill out, maybe you are part of a deramp type crew but you need to make it less obvious as you are making yourself look a bit silly.

All in good time Jimmy, lots of patience required but as our product is disruptive and unique and we are breaking new ground meteorically and literally, the sp really could go anyway, how high, who knows, but I have very high hopes for the future returns on investment.

To be fair they would be getting a steal @ £1 per share bearing in mind how big this co should be in the future, think I would rather hold out until £5 to then possibly sell a small % of my holding which will hopefully be at some point within the next 2-3 years if the co don't issue too many more shares and complete the build and start producing ahead of schedule which if you believe various independent recent feedback then they are ahead of schedule with regards to the construction and hopefully that will be confirmed in the quarterly update which i'm guessing could be towards the end of next week as the 12th this year is on a Saturday so perhaps the update will hit Thursday 10th or Friday 11th if not then surely it must be the week after, either way not long to wait now.

Jimmy, you make alot of assumptions in your post, I'm not sure about other LTH's but £1 sp is just the starting point so wouldn't be interested in selling any shares at that point, would possibly consider selling a % of holding if we see £5 sp but not before, in the end each investor has different targets as to when they would sell but Iv'e been invested for over 5 years now so all that patience is worth much more than £1 sp from my own point of view anyway.

With regards to what will happen when if LTH's sell, I would imagine that a new wave of private investors will become aware of the project and may look at the progress/fundamentals and feel that paying a £1 per share is an excellent entry point if they feel the sp will be £3 + at some point in the months/years ahead.

Could well be sooner than 2 years hopefully Alan until production if the multiple reports are correct that are coming from sources who are actually involved in the construction, ideally I'd like the mine to be open sometime in 2020, even if it's December 2020. Certainly some conformation with regards to being ahead of schedule in the update in a couple of weeks time would no doubt give the sp a nice new year boost.Time will tell.

obviously it is 100 % pure speculation like you say, I base the estimate on the fact that the sp was in the mid to late 30's for a prolonged period of time in the build up to stage 2 finance being due to be confirmed, I'm confident that the sp will be back in at least mid to late 30's once the finance is confirmed and is favourable to shareholders.

To be fair the safest way to play things is to sell a % of your holding just in case the news is not favourable then you can gain some shares, I would do that myself but just think that knowing my luck an amazing RNS would hit straight away and I'd have to watch the sp jump 50 %, that would almost be as bad as watching the shares go down.

I feel a few months ago fair value was around 35p and the recent news should have dropped the sp to around 30p so this drop has been well overdone in my view, unless there is something that pi's arnt aware of.

My situation isn't much different to yourself, the funny part is I would be in pretty much the same position financially if I have stuck my money in some high interest accounts for the last 5 years which would have been completely risk free but then again it would have been limited to how much I could have made in that period, to be fair you didn't hear me complaining 3 months ago when I was 109 % up so guess I really shouldn't complain when it goes the the other way as it has.

Have just reread your post and you say about selling at a loss now, personally the last thing I would do is sell at a loss, especially as the sp should move back up at some point, fair enough if the company start delaying the finance any further then I would consider at that point just getting whatever you can back but other than that I would hold, I suspect if the co delay the finance any more that will be the last straw for quite a few investors as patience can only be tested so far and this year has been extremely testing it has to be said.

KOH - The RNS will be released at 7am so if positive then the sp will most probably open up at least 3-5p higher than the day before so holding off is risky in the sense that you may be locked out forever as when you think the sp was 39p 3 months ago without successful completion of stage 2 finance you have to think that stage 2 confirmed will take the sp back up to at least 39p as it is a huge derisking event. I think the sp may open as high as 30p on the day that stage 2 is announced if it is positive.

Then again if stage 2 contains too much dilution, or god forbid, is delayed further then you would have made the correct decision to hold funds back as you will most probably be able to pick shares up for under 15p, albeit in a company that then has huge doubt surrounding it to weather it will ever be able to secure the funds to complete the construction of the mine. Ideally I would like the sp to be up at least 25p prior to stage 2 announcement so if it isn't deemed too good by the market at least I will be able to sell my holding without making a loss as long as it doesn't go below 18p, really would have to consider if I am going to stay invested if the stage 2 finance is delayed or contains a silly amount of dilution, into my 6th year now of being invested here, us LTH's have been loyal to the co so now is the time for the company to reward us by securing the stage 2 finance on good terms for shareholders, we have been very patient, I am prepared to give them this last chance to get the stage 2 finance right, I'm backing them at this point by virtue of the fact that I still have my entire life savings invested here, hopefully that won't have to change and I can stay invested here for another 5 years at least. At leasy we are at the make or break point to a certain extent now, the next couple of months will give a good indication of weather the mine is going to be completed on time or not.

Still keeping the faith, still a believer, hope that the company deliver on their promises to LTH's asap.

Did Stanley state categorically that news regarding the commitment letters would be released this year 100 % or did he use use the word 'intends' to release this year? obviously there is a big difference dependant on what language he used. We are due a quarterly update week beginning 7th Jan 2019 so it could be that the conformation of letters received will be within that update.

Also don't let yourself down by citing Smithy as an insightful poster, if memory serves me correctly he was stating that the sp was going to drop to 5p? well that never happened did it. He was entertaining in a way but was obviously sent to this board by someone to entertain I guess which to be fair he did that but don't think that was the intention of him/his paymaster(s)

I believe that the quarterly update for this quarter is due week beginning 7th January 2019, in the past the update has usually been released on the Thursday or Friday of the week so most probably will appear 10/11th January but obviously could be Monday 7th January.

I maintain that 600 mill isn't a huge amount when you put it up against a multi billion pound mine with a 100 year life span, I'm sure you knew what I meant though, then again maybe you didn't, you should know much more than I do bearing in mind you own 100 million shares or however many you claim to have.
