I guess it could be viewed as optimism, or delusion or desperation, to be fair you could label it any of them and I wouldn't disagree as I think it's all of them, suppose it's only natural when everything penny you have ever saved is on the line, just a couple of bits of news from a company will dictate your whole future and in my case that really isn't hyperbole to state that, the stakes are that high for myself.

I wouldn't be happy if the sp is only 50p in 2021 bearing in mind it was 50p 3 years ago and 39p 4 months ago without stage 2 being secured, fair enough a 200 % is a decent return which I would have waited 9 years to achieve, it's a difficult question to answer what is a acceptable return for 9 years of patience when you bear in mind the level of risk that always has been here and will continue for sometime yet, I would deem an sp of £1.5-£2 on the eve of the red ribbon being cut by the dignitary's opening the mine in 2021 as an acceptable return on investment, anything less than that and I will be underwhelmed but every investor has different expectations on what is acceptable to them.

As things stand the returns have been extremely disappointing as after 6 years of having whole life savings invested here I am less than 10 % in profit so so far the company haven't delivered value back to shareholders imo but hopefully at some point within the next 5 weeks the finance will be sorted and everyone can then just concentrate on the construction of the mine, in a away as long as the construction continues as it seems to be going then there isn't really anything to hold the sp back so I expect to see at a minimum 39p breached and even 50p possibly breached before summer is over this year. The best that I can find is investing dot com which someone on here suggested, it's ok, not sure if the volumes are always up to date though, if anyone else knows of alternative live real time share price sites bar HL then if they could post here that would be most appreciated.

It's my understanding that the buys and sells shown as buys and sells on here are not always accurate so when it states on here like today that sells far outweigh buys that may have not actually been the case.

I think you are correct Tony in that the stage 2 finance will be raised but the part that is holding the sp back is how it is going to be raised, you could be looking at a situation where so many new shares are issued that you could see a great mine from an operational perspective but from a shareholders value point of view the sp could stay not much higher than it is now even though the co would be doing well it doesn't mean that the long term shareholders will be seeing true value, anyway hopefully there won't be much dilution at all then that way everyone wins, the local economy, jobs created and patient shareholders get rewarded also.

Feeling pretty positive at this point that the co will finally put the stage 2 finance uncertainty to bed, would like to think that they will get it sorted well before the end of March but guess it possibly makes sense for the to use up the whole of the next 5 weeks to explore all avenues thoroughly.

The main confidence builder will be when the finance is secured on favourable terms for the very patient, loyal shareholders. I look forward to that day whenever it is in the next 6 weeks when I can give CF his dues with regards to the make up of the financing.

I don't think there has ever been any doubt with regards to the construction of the mine, it's the situation with regards to the financing being up in the air, that uncertainty gives the doubter ammunition but hopefully all those doubts will be put to bed within the next 6 weeks so at least the doubters won't be able to use that issue to cast any doubt.

At the end of the video it states 'mining begins in 2024' I thought it is due to start in 2021 no?

Or maybe the outcome with regards to the sp is not as stark as that, I may possibly be a little jaded perhaps having been invested here for so long and not being positive enough, all I can go on is what has happened to the sp over the last 4 or 5 months, still confident that the sp will recover though, I'm sure the BOD are attempting to get the best deal for shareholders, if that is the case then we haven't got anything to worry about have we.

The TBM arriving won't do anything for the sp though will it? will the co leave announcement of stage 2 until the last day of March? hope not as it's the only thing that is going to push the sp back up, I mean we can't even seem to break 20p ffs, guess some refuse to commit funds until they know the make up of the stage 2, the downside for them is that if it is raised with minimal dilution then they will have to pay 30-50 % more than they could get them for today but then again I guess doing it their way they could conceivably grab a bigger holding in the 12-15p range if the finance is made up of alot of dilution, suppose there is risk both ways, pretty much a flip of a coin as to weather you pay 15p or 30p +

Did anyone else notice earlier when the bid and the ask was 19.41/19.45 someone bought 300,000 shares well over the ask price at around 19.63 then it went back to the trading range of between 19.41 and 19.45, thought it was a bit odd at the time, the deluded/hopeful part of me says that there may have been a leak that stage 2 is in the bag with minimal dilution but I guess if that was the case then the volume would have been much higher than it ended up today.

if the commitment letters being received back will be a separate RNS to the stage 2 RNS?

Think they need to totally concentrate on securing the stage 2 finance before they go offering grants to anyone else, and when I say secure the finance I mean on favourable terms to the patient loyal shareholders not raised in a way that the mine gets built but the sp doesn't go beyond 30p for the next 3 years because they have issued so many shares that the sp stagnates, excuse my currant attitude but seeing my holding decrease by over 60k over the last few months hasn't been very satisfactory at all and I can't say that Iv'e been blown away by the communication of the BOD recently when it comes to the stage 2, hopefully they will be less nebulous in the coming weeks and the sp will start to move in the right direction.

Shame we can't have some frequent updates with regards to the most salient aspect which is finance, should hopefully hear something within the next few weeks though which will at least get the sp moving back up towards it's true value of at least 39p. GLA LTH's

Good question, I should have just ignored you or filtered you like most have on here, your story doesn't really make any sense, so you were invested at 44p and a 'friend' contacted you and you advised them to buy then they sold in the end and lost half of their money, yet you yourself made 62k somewhere along the line, all very confusing and nonsense obviously but suffice to say it doesn't seem that you are really cut out for investing as I'm sure your 'friend' will attest to.

I certainly don't agree with most of what caspinionos says but at least there is some logic to some of his views.

If this share is that bad there I can't see why you would continually post on here, surely you would be better finding a company that you have faith in.

Anyway you've been rumbled, you have to remember that many of us have been on this board for years so have seen many derampy/troll figures come and go so thats why you are wasting your time and energy by being too obvious in your posts.
