Very positive article, the only bit I'm not sure about is when they say that we are in advanced talks with regards a major European torp, that has been the case for well over a year now, it must be the longest negotiation in the history of torp negotiations. lol

Even so 50p + once stage 2 is released will be a fair starting point for the rest of this year, hopefully then further positive news throughout the rest of this year will keep the sp in the 50-80p range. Looking very positive for a major sp rerate imminently.

The BOD have no reason to be loyal to currant shareholders? can't say I agree with that maybe you meant traders that are currently invested, loyalty to them I agree no, but do the BOD have a loyalty to LTH's? I would say yes as they would have struggled to raise the stage 1 finance without loyal shareholders, now it is the BOD's chance to finally reward LTH's for their loyalty and patience.

I remember when the sp was just over 50p in August 2016 so if/when we see the sp return to that level it would have taken almost 3 years, hasn't always been easy holding but the next 18 trading days is do or die for the sp, good news will possibly see 50p + bad news could well see sub 15p imo, I'm holding as I think that there are too many entity's that will benefit from this mine opening for it not to come to fruition, the next 18 trading days will show if I have been foolish holding here for 5 1/2 years or if it was in fact the correct decision.

Would be good if the stage 2 could be sorted well before the next 18 trading days are up just to blow up all of those shorts.

The article is quite fair and balanced in my opinion, would say it slightly veers towards more negativity than posativity but at least it's not like the hit pieces you get in the FT or the fool so fairs fairs I think it was a reasonable summary of where we are at.

Didn't realise that we are the 12th most shorted company in the country, guess there must be plenty of people who genuinely believe that the company won't raise the finance needed to continue.

Would be ideal if they can get the finance secured asap as the longer it goes into the next 4 weeks the more the sp could drop, I'm still confident that they will secure the finance within the next couple of weeks, there is too much riding on it not happening, like jobs, CF's reputation etc so on that basis I will continue to hold and just wait patiently, have been waiting 5 1/2 years now for the sp to move into the and stay above 50p so it won't be too difficult to wait for just another max 4 weeks to finally see the sp properly take off! hope it will be worth the years of patience that us LTH's have shown!

The company set before the end of April so wouldn't have thought they would leave it to 2nd week in May, sort of makes setting timescales pointless if they are not adhered to.

Anyway officially as things stand we only have another 21 trading days max to wait until hopefully th sp will break out of this ridiculous price and back up into the 30's at least, the only positive from the last 6 months is that some holders have been able to increase holding at prices they never thought they would see, other than that it'd been a bit of a nightmare sp wise but at least everything should be much more positive at some point within the next 21 trading days. Really depends on what news is released between tomorrow and the end of April, good news should hopefully mean we don't see the sp sub 20p ever again, on the other hand poor news and you could see 15p or less.

The sell price I have and have always had is mind is an sp of £5 per share, even then I would most probably only sell 20-25 % of my overall holding.

Point taken Thornback, either way I'm still feeling pretty dam positive at this point, sentiment does seem alot more positive on here, hopefully it will be justified with some very good news flow over the next few weeks.

With regards to losing my mind, I suppose I probably have in some ways but will stand by the 84.75 predicted sp at some point this year, will require quite a bit of positive news for that to happen but I'm anticipating a fair bit of positive news before the end of this year.

So the quarterly update whenever it comes should state that the project is at least 6 months ahead of schedule?

Usually the quarterly updates see the sp drop irrespective of what it contains but surely if it states that everything is ahead of schedule then we should see a nice rise to somewhere between 30-40p then when the stage 2 finance is confirmed we should get another significant rise, i'm really starting to think that my 84.75p end of year prediction may well materialise well before the end of this year!

Is the quarterly update due this week at some point?

Not sure how you will get any below 30p if you wait until may/june Jimmy as if stage 2 is due to be confirmed before the end of April so the sale could only be on for another 3-4 weeks max, then again if the make up of stage 2 is not deemed positive then you may be able to top up at sub 15p so just depends if you want to grab them now why you can still get them under 20p or potentially pay 30p + if you wait until May/June.

It all depends on how stage 2 finance is made up, if good for shareholders then if you buy under 20p, that buy could be showing 100 % profit with the next 6 weeks, obviously if it isn't deemed positive then it may turn out that you could have bought at around 15p.

The problem you have is when to buy as if you wait until the news is released then you may well be paying somewhere in the 30's within the first hour of the market opening that day, the thing is in theory the news could hit any day now, I guess most people are thinking that it will hit towards the end of April but you never know, they could surprise us all and release conformation sooner then most people are expecting.

The price will depend on what the details of the stage 2 raise are, if favourable to shareholders then your estimate is about right I would say, to be fair we should get a nice bounce just by virtue of the fact that the money has been raised, the question is how big the bounce will be, minimum 35p + I would guess.

Obviously 99 % of the posters on here are currently invested and believe that the sp could be much higher once the stage 2 finance is finally confirmed, so you are unlikely to get an impartial answer to your question.

What is your average roughly? to be fair even if it is 35p I would say hold until stage 2 is completed as even at a 35p average you may well be in profit within the next few weeks.

In the end only you can decide, obviously I would saying selling at a loss is the last thing you should do but like I say I'm biased when it comes to my outlook of this share, I'm also over exposed here, well every penny Iv'e ever saved Iv'e bought shares in this company over the last 5 1/2 years so basically I couldn't be anymore exposed.

Hopefully the sp doesn't drop below my average as I know i will be tempted to buy some more but really don't want it to come to that as am already risking 55k which I try not to think about too much as in reality it's just ridiculous risking so much when it's all i have and it will take me most probably 20 years + to be able to save up that sort of money again.

I do think sometimes that I should diversify and make it so if this project fails then it won't clean me out completely, but iv'e come this far without selling a single share so will have to see it through now whatever the outcome.

Effectively we finished up from Fridays close as on Friday the bid finished 19.75 and today it finish 19.77 so your holding will actually be worth more than Friday even though the sp finished down today.

Bit of a nonsensical drop there in the last 45 mins, guess MM's need to stock up for the big day, when ever that is between tomorrow and Tuesday 30th April, I suppose you will always get some more inexperienced investors who will get shaken out of their holding only for the sp to recover on the same day or next.

Anyway the countdown is on, at least when news hits we can see the back of the 20's once and for all.
