between now and 31st December this year? the co have stated that there will be an RNS when letters are received back from banks? can't see that doing much for the sp but at least it will be another piece of the jigsaw in place, in the end the only thing that will take the sp even beyond 25p imo will be when stage 2 finance is confirmed so we could be looking at another 4 months of the sp staying between 20-25p, hate to say that as would prefer to be where are true value should be pre stage 2 which is somewhere between 30-40p imo. Thats great news Wychwood, rumour has it that the build is 2-3 months ahead of schedule, hopefully that is the case and the co will state that in the January quarterly update, at least we are due some news between now and December 31st with regards to receiving the commitment letters back from the banks so with that, the Jan update and stage 2 being confirmed between now and end of March next year I feel we really could see the sp back into the 30's at least I hope.

Obviously LTH's will have a different view on what is an acceptable T/O price, I guess it depends how long you have been waiting patiently and how many shares/what your average currently is.

Iv'e been waiting patiently for over 5 years now so personally any offer below £2 per share would be unacceptable bearing in mind what the sp could potentially be in the not too distant future, obviously each holder has different expectations and what is an acceptable T/O price, obviously if you bought in last week with a short term view then even 40p would be a tremendous return as you are most probably not bothered what happens to the company and would be delighted with a quick profit.

That's not the case for LTH's though as we have backed the company with our hard earned money so we really need the company to repay the faith that we have shown in them, it should be the case that some time between now and the end of March next year the company will effectively reward LTH's with a favourable stage 2 finance package which will derisk the project significantly which in turn should be reflected in the sp moving up to at least beyond 40p.

So not long to wait now. GLA LTH's

OR- I am a LTH also, I agree with the sentiment of your post, I would view a couple of your points slightly differently though, with regards to when you say

Also with regards to your statement "If it goes belly up then guess what, I won’t miss the money much" I really would miss the money a hell of alot as I have my entire life savings invested in here, whenever I read the saying 'never invest more than you can afford to lose' I always think that it's a bit of a misleading sentiment in a way as if the question is would I still be able to eat and heat a property if I lost my stake here? well yes I could so in that sense I can afford to lose my investment here but in other ways I look at it like no I couldn't really afford to so it's quite nuanced but overall I agree with most of your post.

I was way off with my estimation of the interview being 'around 2016' it was infect 2011 according to the video so he most probably picks up his stock pretty cheaply I would have thought.

You are correct bellers, from recollection the interview was around 2016, possibly even earlier in fact, will look for it now, he said at one point 'this isn't a stock for widows or orphans' I wonder if he is still holding? Would be good to get some sort of update on his currant thoughts if possible.

Here is the video of him talking about Sirius, which he refers to as 'sirius metals' thats no biggie but obviously would have been better if he had got the name right, he mentions sirius from 7.40 onwards so watch from that time onwards and the video only lasts for 8.18 so it is a very small mention, guess he bought when the price was pretty low so is most probably still in a decent profit I'm guessing which is why you can understand him not wanting to pay 22.5p now if he paid 5p years ago.

Well obviously it is in some other company's interest to see this project fail as if it succeeds then the products that the other companys are currently selling will literally become redundant so thats why you see things like the FT articles appear as obviously the author has certain contacts that he is helping out, I believe that ultimately these sort of tactics will fail but I'm guessing the further the project progresses, the more of these things we will have to contend with, in a way these things show the potential that our company has as if they wernt perceived as a threat then we wouldn't be targeted in the way we have been this year.

So basically brace yourself for more misleading hit pieces over the next 24 months, I would say that they don't have any impact on the sp but unfortunately they do, I remember one particular hit piece that dropped the sp 4.6 % in around 3 hours but as a LTH you learn to see these things for what they are.

Once our product takes over the market then there will be no way back for them so it's just a matter of around 2 years patience which is nothing in the scheme of things. GLA LTH's

Yes Fred, sometimes I think that I must be a bit crazy to have every penny in here but it will either be a great decision or a foolish one, the make up of stage 2 will bring the risk of the investment down considerably, at least we will all know the make up of stage 2 finance within the next 4 months so not long to wait.

if you buy over a period of years then it is possible to build up a fairly decent holding and you don't have to be rich at all to end up with a large holding, I mean all Iv'e done over the last 5 years + is everytime I have money saved then I have added to my holding here which now stands at just over 300,000 shares which have cost a total of £55,000 which is my entire life savings so if this all goes wrong then I won't have one penny in savings so obviously am kind of relying on the company delivering what the have promised to us patient LTH's

So i'm far from rich but I'm hoping that this company will one day make me considerably richer..

If everything works out extremely favourably then in 10 years time I would hope the sp will be somewhere in the region of £5-£10 per share so should be worth showing patience here, I doubt I will have my full holding by then but will always leave a certain % in here for the divis

So if the information you have received is true then the next quarterly update should state something like 'construction of mine currently ahead of schedule' the next update is due in around 6 weeks so at least we will see some positive news then at least?

duracell, I stated May 2021 for mine opening as in ribbon being cut for grand opening, if you read my last post again you will notice that I didn't mention May 2021 in relation to poly or production and specifically only stated May 2021 in relation to the mine opening as I am aware that production isn't scheduled until late 2021.

I see what you mean in relation to almost expecting the dates that the BOD set not to be met but I need to believe that they will deliver as they have promised from now on just for my own sanity if nothing else.

Yes £3 per share takeover predicated on the fact that whoever then owns the company will have up to 100 years of revenues to come and will own a multi billion pound company, when you think of it in those terms they will be getting a bargain at £3 per share.

tThat is why I'm sure the last thing the BOD want is to be taken over as they will want to see this through to production and I'm hoping it will be them who will be at the helm still in May 2021 when the red tape is cut and the mine will then be operational, don't forget that LTH's have backed the company from the beginning so took the most risk, fair enough if you bought in last week then in that case 60p per share takeover would be a tremendous ROI but Iv'e been waiting patiently since 2013 for a acceptable return which obviously so far hasn't been forthcoming but am now feeling extremely bullish again about the BOD ability to put the best deal together for shareholders, true value won't show through here until the red ribbon is is cut in May 2021 so still alot of patience required here but LTH's have come this far so another 28 months of waiting should fly by.

Very interesting Myo, who knows then, we could well see some sort of takeover approach sometime soon, then the questions is what T/0 price would LTH's be satisfied with? I would settle for £3 per share takeover if it is before the end of the building of the mine, if on the other hand the takeover is once we are producing then would be looking for £5 per share as in the end this is a mine with 100 year life span so any potential company taking over should have to pay for the massive potential and earnings that they will generate for the next 100 years, also as LTH's we shouldn't be selling ourselves short as we have been extremely patient and put up with alot of crap so deserve to be rewarded properly as we were the ones who took the most risk so deserve to be rewarded the most.

Anyway well done all LTH's, it feels like the company are on the cusp of breaking out more and more into the mainstream within the next few months, then the sp should react accordingly but as we know logic and the sp so far usually haven't been bedfellows but hopefully that is about to change.

On the subject of validity I can't see how there can be anything to charting when it comes to predicting sp movements, I see mentions many places saying about indicators such as bolingers, cup handles, love handles etc etc blah blah blah but if you go by the phase 'past sp performance is not an indication of future sp performance' or whatever that sentence is that you always see with regards to investing in the stock market then surely that means that all of the chart prediction things must be nonsense no?

John, the price that HL show won't be accurate until after 5pm, todays close was 23.78 + 1.80 %

So wwguk in a nutshell we could be looking at an sp of 65-70p if stage 2 is announced with favourable terms for shareholders? so potentially could see 65-70p sp within the next 2-5 months?

used to be quite good in that you could get the live real time price streaming for sometimes over 1 hour at a time without it cutting out but it now cuts out every few seconds so is consequently rubbish, has anyone here found any alternative?
