Flabby reverse is true imo. The initial boost has been pulled back by market fears. All the oilers with a push have given back some gains due to general market risk off. I3e no different. Plus a lot of share in hands and profits being taken here.

Tony, not concerned in the slightest. Am an investor and see big returns here going forward. This is the year we really build as the bod have said too.

i3's 2022 forecasted NOI of $150.3mm is 128% higher than i3's 2021 full-year estimated NOI of $66mm(2). Pretty confident.

Tony, no doubt m8. However a company at this stage to achieve and maintain the levels management have said is outstanding. Micro analysis is not the game atm. Clearly the big capital prog will deliver growth per managment and that's where I will assess their performance going forward. You cant be fairer than that. So far excellent performance and outstanding progress imo.

From where I3E has come and where it's going is what people need to remember and that is outstanding. In addition this calender year will in my view be the major growth.

Up 38% & 75% on Q3 2021 is significant progress and I can only say excellent. The push forward will now be on. Serentiy is subject to proof of funds. Terms have been agreed really. Progress.

Ecua, it's a very strong update for me. Progress on all fronts. Solid foundation set going forward. Set to grow rapidly with workovers and news wells. Once Serenity gets going this will be a very strong O&G company. I would like them to start hedging some soon.

Serenity big progress:
Serenity Appraisal Drilling Farmout

Discussions continue with potential farm-in partners for the Serenity field appraisal drilling programme. Terms have been agreed with one counterparty and we await confirmation of funding before finalising and executing documentation. The market will be updated if and when agreements are reached.

Agree TSZ, albeit as we all are expecting, I3E to organically expand production. Given events in Ukraine, one would imagine that UK gov would be pushing for self sufficiency and north sea.

TSZ, analysts on bloomeberg think it will hit $120 by summer. I3E a good place to park money imo.

By spreading the divis the Bod have shrewdly:

1/ Managed cashflow
2/ mitigated the usual divi blow back
3/ will benefit new holders as well as old therefore makes I3E more attractive.

I have no qualms in this regard.

Tony: how did you arrive at $31 BE? Personally had $36/$37 in my head. Sub $35 is excellent imo.
At $31, not much scope for anything else, as you imply.
