5. Approval of i3's Loan Note holders of the assignment of the Licence interest.

Agree Tony, rerate in progress and a helping hand from the rise in oil. But goes hand in hand where a company is in the position I3E is. I.e. a decent size producer generating a decent amount FCF which is snowballing owing to first and foremost the strategy of the management and secondly augmented by oil prices. A proper rerate has started. The catalyst was the update and the capital programme which will escalate growth. I3E in transormation mode..

People have not understood how good the update was/is. With continual unleashing of the capital program we can easily catapault to far higher valuation. This appeals to both income and growth seekers alike and I'm one that likes both, it suits me to a 'T'. A strong longerterm play. The proactive interview gave me confidence in their business approach. Fantastic. Expect this to gradually rise in anticipation of news as the drill turns etc. A lot to look forward to here apart from the unicorn :())))

Thats quite a major uphaul on the washplant, nice to see its been upgraded for maimal efficiency, 4 to 10 spiral bank and adaption of the rear access as well as the belt and cyclone units. Looks like the wash plant adaptations are aligned to cope with the ahead of the curve increase in production.
Nice to see through revamp of core equipment to facilitate execution of longerterm plan. Further scale up of facilities will be needed. If I was BOD I would max out production ability as demand will scale up even more with Russia being isolated..

Sorry, forgot to add, that am expecting persistent background buying to build over the next few weeks as I3E is now heavily derisked. Serentiy odds onto happen imo.

I rate it as an excellent update. Successful transition of acquistions, highlights management ability to manage the enlarge portfolio. Very strong production levels. Major prog to uplift production, early indicators are that BoD are managing to grow production. Was worried about level of integration and issues pre this update, especially as
divi was rolled out on a monthly basis, which I think was a sound decision. Excellent news today imo. Things are on track for growth momentum. Oil tailwind with us too.

Production was 18225 and now 19055 (in last 7 days). So decent progress on a micro level, bigger picture will unfold..

Tony, personally will give more weighting to quarterly once the capital prog bites in and see what they deliver. So far BoD have a built a 'sound business' that perspective is different to what investors seek purely due to timing of impact and the 2 will fully converge. I think excellent progress has been made. Growth to come in 2022. Bare in mind business metrics and investor metrics are different but they do converge. So not micro analysing at the moment this calender year will be looking far deeper into management performance and investor returns. To date returns have been oustanding. The process of learning accreage is nearly over all about development now.
