Agree, expecting an update. Not many shares in issue anyways and freefloat not huge. Will provide extra liquidity as well as adding to funds to the company coffers.

Ceo does't need to say anything. RNS says it all. Those are serious investors who have invested at a significant premium. So the market will reflect accordingly.

Agree 22starship22. Am annoyed with myself for a schoolboy error of judgement. Just timed it badly and aim can be brutal when timing is off. So for now its bottom drawer. Patience will defo pay here.

22starship. FWIW, I hold these. But written it off. It will need an absoultely stonking RNS to get through the sellers and have buyers at higher levels. Just too many shares out there detracting the value. Many other companies have more shares bit they are beomoth companies which people compare to very small startups. Not here to deramp neither (albeit doesn't need deramping). Like someone said a lot of holders with cheap shares. Hence price action. Plain on old sell on news happening..

Clearly you dont get the finer points. Rubbish is what you're spouting. You NEED to learn a bit more on how the reporting system works and how you can sell whilst remaining under the radar etc. Lol

Agree. That includes management and other seniors trading surplus below reporting requirements.

Income is wide generic term and not specific. Encompasses a whole host of sources. One would include income from disposal of assets albeit an exceptional item dependent on the prinicipal activity and would become part of distributable reserves. If they had said revenue/turnover that for me would be different.

Quite a lot when it comes to warrants as people sell off into news and cause the sp to go into a spin. Value of a company is distinct from shares in issue. Problem is large chunks of shares are in not so sticky hands. Massive difference in the short run but not necessarily in the long run...creates disparity in value. As you will have noted from sp and big chunks of shares being spat out...

Clearly all newsflow being sold into. Happens when you dish- out bucket loads of warrants. Get rid off excess whilst being within reporting boundaries. Management needs to be looked at and also sheer scale of shares in issue. Every positive news is sucked the life out of. Snouts in the trough springs to mind. Cant fathomn why this would go red today. Lol. It is what it is..
