CGNR has bucked the trend and is now almost double in a week since it's JV announcement. Similar could easily happen here after results and the JV.

I assume that was sarcastic! After these latest drilling and survey results have been fully reported on and digested then a JV should be announced together with a new drilling campaign early next year.

Surprised that there is no mention of Cobr on the Andromeda web site. Maybe waiting for the JV announcement.

Cobr fully funded for the exploration expenditure to trigger the 75% earn in and JV but will presumably have to raise at this point to finance the JV, hopefully at a much higher price than today with excellent drill results.

From the Cobr web site - 'Once the Wudinna JV Co is formed, LAM and Andromeda will contribute to further expenditure in accordance with their respective equity positions'

In the half year results posted in an RNS 21 Sep 2021 it stated 'As at 30 June 2021, the Company had available cash of £1.12m (30 June 2020: £627,696), sufficient for the Company to execute its planned exploration activities.'

And after that? Obviously further funding will be required. If the results are good as expected then maybe a JV with Andromeda or a placing at a higher sp than today? Thoughts please.

Definitely a sell. The first HNWI has 62M shares to shift. Let's hope there aren't many left.

Absolutely right, be so easy to do but transparency is the last thing MM's want.

A sea of red now, some large and some small sells. Not a buy reported for well over an hour. Surprised the sp has held up so well, maybe they are filling a large buyorder, but it can't last. When the buying stops the sp will eventually fall as the selling never seems to stop.

Placing shares can so often be a drag on any sp rise and i don't buy into the HNWI are invested here for the long term theory. They get rich by being ruthless and unemotional and will take quick profits when they can. The original HNWI is already about 1.5M quid in profit. Decent money to make in 5 months.

If the majority of shares are in very firm hands than how do you explain the persistent large sells over the last few weeks? The HNWI who bought millions at 2.8p and 4.9p is perhaps cashing in nice profits?

The trading today is unfathomable. Since the sp dipped below 20p the big sells stopped and in fact very few trades at all. Today we have 2 what i would term neutral RNS' that have triggered relatively tons of trades and plenty of big sells. Somebody out there know something we don't or is it just impatience or the demerger uncertainty?

In a podcast a while back Vincent was dismayed the sp was trading around the 24p mark, so undervalued he said. Wonder what he is thinking now? Hope he has some news for us soon. Has to bounce off these ridiculously low levels right?

Why would they need more money now? The lithium project is fully funded to production and they have A$19.1m in the bank for the gold exploration.

Meanwhile back in the real world the sell price is still above 20 at 20.26 despite the Bid stating 19.55. Second time today they dropped the Bid needlessly. Fishing for shares maybe or MM's just bored?

IRR will also make profit from the Piedmont 50% offtake agreement. From a recent RNS - 'Offtake pricing will be determined via a formula, which is linked to the prevailing price of lithium products, ensuring IronRidge captures value-add margins.'

The largish constant selling above the 20p level suggests to me that the placing shares at 20p on April 27 are still being offloaded for small profit. 60m is a lot of shares to shift and who else would have so many shares willing to sell at these levels after the great news reported recently?

Unfortunately true. Without the constant 100k and 50k share sells the sp would be up 20% approx. Let's hope todays healthy buying flushes the seller out for good.

Going to the Ghanaian government for the mining license this year subject to a positive feasibility study. Events are moving quickly here, IRR with Piedmonts backing mean business. That's just the lithium. Lots of news to come on the gold and the forthcoming demerger.

It's the auto trades that are killing it. I don't profess to understand the system, maybe someone can enlighten us. I can't find another share in my watchlist that has any auto trades, let alone the so many that IRR suffers. Is it possible that IRR is being shorted? Seems deliberate manipulation to drop the sp.

Maybe we could get the Reddit/Robin Hood guys onto this somehow?

Why no news for at least a few weeks? They have 5 drills currently active on site, infill resource, metallurgical and hydro monitoring drilling is well underway in addition to metallurgical test-work in support of planned Feasibilty Studies, demerger news must be imminent, gold MRE is expected. More offtake news maybe, who knows what Piedmont are planning.
