my first house was 40,000 I earned 20 pound a week left school with no qualifications just worked three jobs and my wife did home packing, every year I hear people say they cannot afford houses so when I had six houses and my own business, I came to realize people are not savvy a few months before the banking crises wheat went from 50 to 200 per ton and fertiliser went through the roof so I sold the lot, much where we are now( because it un sustained)
