I also brought the graphically illustrated chart since beginning of October of price fall, and Astaris sudden short increases to the attention of IR at PFC, asking for their comments and whether or not they have a handle on information confidentiality within their organisation - bet you can all guess the response -

The fact that they answered within a couple of hours indicates to me a certain 'sensitivity' now to questions from PI's, especially after they were forced into making statement couple of daye ago

Theiy're showing a 5.22% loss so far today (v.early I know), on an Opening price of 19.7p when they are concurrently showing current Sell price of 20.5p, which is a 4% RISE!!

Update on form box 'Name of Financial Instrument' Put Astaris in for PFC. (When I initially submitted the form I inserted PFC, which is when FCA came back with reply that they could not find Petrofac Ltd in their register)

I can't help but think though that there's a fishy smell about how Astaris and their trading. They almost doubled their short in just over a week from the 4th Oct, having not made any trades since end June, and have virtually led the charge, ending up approx. quadrupling their position since then. To do that smacks of a confidence not bred from knowledge in the public domain.

They have even had the cojones to increase their short since PFC were forced into that recent statement.

Stop loss is last thing thing you want here. The MM's will be looking to fill any large buy orders and take out any stop losses as necessary. They feed on 'em, nowhere else to obtain them if you keep your shares nice and tight.
