Correction typo: I can't see a house price crash happening where I live in Yorkshire. Our prices are exactly the same now as pre crash 2006 and just 5% up on 2008. Our prices are ridiculously low. I am looking to sell maybe next year. My 1959 3 bed semi in a really nice area will be only £150k.

Why are the builders falling today ?

dividendchaser Yes Barratt doing very well. Im so happy I sold some Premium Bonds to finish topping my ISA up on Wednesday. Bought Barratt at 554p. They are now 580p. Im sure they will be higher than 650p when it gets closer to the 34p+ ex-dividend date. I will probably sell before the Divi the same as I did last year at 690p ( I sold half of my BDEV shares )
