I think you took it the wrong way.
You pointed out that you get more shares for your money and I agreed by saying the amount of dividend payment doesn't drop hence the yield per share is higher. I was agreeing not disagreeing that is why I wrote " I agree ", you must of missed that.

I agree.

This drop in share price does not change what will be paid out in dividends, it just means you will receive a higher yield. My dividend payment from special TW on 13th July will go into these, hope the price doesn't rise too much before then.

Wait to see where the share price goes leading up to the 25th October final + special dividends of over 34p.
I have just bought more today using my Centrica dividend which came into my account this morning.
I predict 650p+ by October.
Last year it reached 694p.
On July 11th they are releasing a Trading statement/

Countrywide profits falling might be because of Purple Bricks. I lots of house going up for sale in my area with Purple Bricks and the house sell just the same as with a a normal style estate agent. I telephoned them yesterday regarding my own house and the fee is £895 which can be paid after the sale and if you want an agent to do as many viewings as needed then it is an extra £300. I will do my own. £895 sounds like a good deal to me. Other agents are looking at £2000 to sell my house. They all put them on the internet on Rightmove website and that is where most people look. Other than people drive round an area and look for "for sale" signs.

At these SP levels it will be a great to reinvest. For me I will buy Barratt as they have more chance of making good SP gains leading upto to there Final + Special ex-dividend date 25th October, appox 35p

I don't Know Graham But what annoys me is, when these people bought the houses they paid solicitors 100's or thousands of pounds to do a job and they didn't do it very good. So why not go back to them and make a complaint. If the ground rents double every 10 years then that would of been in the leasehold terms and it was the solicitors job to find it. I think the buyers were offered the freehold at time of purchase but it was some thousands more. Maybe they got bad advice and decided to opt for a cheaper annual ground rent. I think the blame is with either the buyers or the solicitors for not reading terms and conditions. Why is no one blaming the solicitors.

I can't find it now but I think NAV for Lloyds is 57p, so current SP is agood buy if you want to put some away in an ISA and forget about them till PPI is over.
