Dont get me wrong LoB Im not saying this complany is deloberately being run onto the groind..i am.well.awsre of.the Boards shrarehokding. I am.calling their business acumen poor or non existent. Look at the record..The JV, Venus, Dokwe (poor.due diligence) the multiple projects.

A British company taking a Turkish company to Court in Turkey. Can't disagree with you. if nothing else a court case would take months or years to conclude, at significant legal cost, while Ariana has barely got a pot to proverbially **** in. Sener and de Villiers got us into this, but I have zero confidence they have the wit to get out of this.

I agree on all counts. My suspicion is that Ozaltin will back Ariana into a corner until it is forced to accept a low ball offer for its 23.5% share in Tavsan just as the latter reaches full production. The Ariana management have been played and totally outwitted. With the stalemate that is Dokwe, which is almost certainly worth significantly less than was paid for it, the future outlook is poor. In my opinion Ozaltin will now divert the JV funds to advancing Salinbas in the same way as it diverted funds to Tavsan, leaving Ariana starved of cash until it gets what it wants. I didn't forsee this ****show but I was totally right back in November 2019 in being pretty much a lone voice opposing the Ozaltin JV - though I wish I had been wrong.

I feel anger like you. You and I have been sounding warnings about the competence of this board of directors, too many projects and squandering what finances they had for years. As has been posted elsewhere what would this company be now if still at $2000 gold?

I would grab a bid of 3p like a shot but I cant see that happening with this unresolved millstone that is Dokwe, both political risk and ability to finance. Yes Kiziltepe and Tavsan are there but the revenue is contained within the JV in which Ariana is a minority shareholder. It is not receiving distributions as they cannot demand them. So you either put debt on the balance sheet (15% pa interest maybe?) or have a succession of small dilutive fund raises which will ensure the SP remains subdued for as long as they continue. Why July? Are they expecting resolution of cash flow issues by then, or am I clinging to a forlorn hope?

Too many projects, too slow progress. Simple as that. Always after a new toy to play with, leaving the old toys discarded at the side of the room. Disaster in Cypus, but at least it was small. Went to 'Spoons on B'ham New Street station just last Wednesday with my daughter. I met a friend there and the round was 2 pints from their real ale event and a lime and soda. Gave her my card (yes foolish I know) while I went to the loo. She said 'Dad, that was only £5.70' with astonishment in her voice. People have lived in a higher inflation environment since Covid and expect some price rises. My only regular consumption in Wetherspoons is coffee and a full English. I think the coffee is £1.71 where I go, couldn't tell you how much the breakfast is within 40p. Would I go elsewhere? No as the coffee alone would be twice the price and not refillable. Would I go less regularly if Wetherspoons prices went up 5p in £1? No. Competitors prices will rise to so I am looking for a c.5% rise across the menu. Been a rough ride lately, I think overdone when you think peak SP was 3 times what it is now which was achieved just before Covid - add in inflation of 25% since then and you either have a bubble on the share price then or the share is undervalued now.

So basically Tavsan heap leach will be operation next quarter. Probably. And if it is it will be at the end of the quarter. Again provided it happens. And it may get held up again if Turkey has any form of weather. Like sun in the summer. Or rain in spring or autumn. Or snow.in the winter. Fun fact, in the presentation only a couple of years ago we were going to get inaugural production from Salinbas in 2025. Would anyone like to tell me which month in 2025 that will be. What makes me laugh, or more likely cry, is that posters say that Sener undepromises and over achieves . Can anyone tell me that last time that Ariana overachiieved in any way, let alone in a way that benefitted shareholders one iota..its all hollow promoses that never get delivered

Developing Dokwe alone is not just dependent on the experience gained thus far in Turkey, it would depend on raising a multiple of the current market cap without a huge debt burden or massive dilution. Depressing to hear that he is talking about possibly letting the Ozoltin blood suckers take an interest there having got ripped off by them and giving away control of the Turkish assets to them. Its no good agreeing that the company should be revalued by a factor of 10 and then saying they are still going ahead with a ASX listing. Yes it might lead to a higher share price but only at the cost of dilution at the current share price. Get rid if de Villiers, he is supposed to have donkeys years of mining finance experience and he hasn't got a clue,

Why the massive dividend drop? Why didn't the interim report justify that rather than just leave it to be a final comment?

Well when I was passing through Birmingham New Street station yesterday I dropped into the London and North Western 'spoons and had a couple of cups of coffee (£1.71 as refillable) and a plate of nachos (which were splendid and reassuringly quite expensive at £6.41). Prices are local but have certainly edged up at prime locations. I look forward to the next update, hopefully that margins are improving. I have noticed over the years that service, while still totally acceptable, has deteriorated slightly - In the old days when you ordered brekky at the bar it wasn't unusual to walk back to the table and find the food already arrived. Pleased to see that isn't the case any more, it points to previous overstaffing.

Van I'm surprised at you! Quoting AAU time estimates without adding at least 100% for slippage due to weather being too cold/ too hot/ too foggy/ too clear/ too wet/too snowy/ too dry/ too windy not to mention admin / operational set backs.

In fact make it 200% for safety.
