I assume that Mr Wolfe and some or all of the other Directors will be seeking re-election to the Board at the next AGM.
All shareholders will have their opportunity to vote 'ya or na' as they see fit.

I have been a long term holder here for a number of years with an average buy price of 25p. I think my first buy price was in the 50's but I did trade down.
I do appreciate that all of us LTH's have been through the wars and hats off to those to helped CA in respect of the Court case last year. A special call out to you Senseman!
I guess also that all of this 'journey' have taught all of us some valuable investment lessons.

Presumably the Bonds will be redeemed at the maturity date in July.
Am I right in thinking the earlier redemption of the remaining Bonds is just wishful thinking as the Bond holders have no incentive to give up a coupon rate of c 7% even if its only for 5/6 months from now to July.
Clarification from those who are more familiar with this issue would be welcome as I may be wrong.
What would be the estimated cash on hand as at the end of December this year if the well keeps performing at its current output?

I have been an investor here a number of years with an entry price of 88p.
I managed to read the report using my iPhone without being having to get through a paywall.
The report does not make good reading.
I suggest that all DEC investors read it in its entirety and make up your own mind.

I think that the SP is at an all time high.......am I correct?

I think we all welcome the additions to the board.
It has been a very difficult time for all long term shareholders, now we have some light at the end of a very long tunnel.
I think we need a RNS in the next day or two reassuring the market and investors that we have brighter days ahead and also an outline of a plan to take us forward.
I think patience is key now in order for the two new directors to get their feet under the table and to find out whats being going on for the last eighteen months at Hurricane.

I guess CH will want to issue an RNS on Wednesday in advance of the AGM that is due to be held the same day.
I guess that is when the real news will land.

Divide the number of shares by 20 and multiply the current share price also by 20.

As per the RNS of April 1 I would suggest that there will be an 2021 Interim Dividend.
However as is normal practice dividends are announced at the time of results announcements, in this case at the time of the half year results due to be announced on September 23 as per Harbour website.
I concur that the free cash flow in H2 will be much better due to the better oil and gas prices and also higher production levels.

Apologies if my earlier reply seemed to be negative towards you, it was not meant to be. I myself have stumbled upon Zephyr in the last three weeks or so. I have a modest investment here of 250,000 shares bought within the past week. I will be investing here again next week in advance of the results of the lastest Paradox results.

Maybe I should take back what I said about the Malcy interview.
It seems to have added another 5% on to the SP.

You can ignore the PR interview with Malcy......the real action is always contained in the RNS's as and when they are released to the market.
If there is anything that needs to be released to the market it will be a 7.00am RNS.
